Plus Chinese made EV's are much more prone to bursting into nearly unstopable fires then Amercan EV's are, although it's been known to happen with American EV's from time to time as well.

Waiting on a call from the banks mortgage people - to arrange a new mortgage on our apartment - since the old one ran out - been 8.5% interest these past few months (bank rate) - so hopefully I can get it lowered - by striking a new mortgage deal - and then only paying half - what I'm paying now -

I apppreciate that and feel pretty much th same. In fact I think it's fair to say that all of us in this thread get along pretty well for th most part and if we ever got together for a meet and greet type event we'd probably all have a blast.

I've grown it out looking for males for my Genius cubing project I was messing around with. Using Soul's method I was up to Genius .88.
This will be my first go around growing out the females. I'm hoping the Panama improves the structure.

The good side of appreciation and property tax is that the value assessment for property tax is usually considerably lower then the actual selling value. At least that's how it is where I live. Currently the value of my house on the market is about $230,000 but the value of the house for property tax is currently at about $130,000. Another thing is they usually stand by that value for three years before they reappraise it. Of course if the housing market is in a decline then being every three years isn't so good. Although in my area property values don't typically swing by that much year to year..

I made friends with the cooks in my unit. We hung out, got drunk, played spades a lot and went to the best parties.
So my chow after basic training was pretty darn good. Got the special treatment.
Then I married an Italian girl who makes the best pizzelles.
Oh well so much for being friendly.
