Wishing each and every one of you, a pleasant morning, wonderful day, and outstanding evening.
I am currently pretty tied up with projects and work, so wanted to start with a daily check in hello.
Today is duly considered a "hump day". So, I hope and trust all of us will get over any big humps!

Another gorgeous clear day starting at 33F and predicted to reach 49F.
Gym first thing, followed by our first dawg walk and then a dental cleaning appointment.
I need to pick up a 60A breaker for the new charger which is 49A instead of 40A as were the last two. Fortunately, the 6 Gauge wire that I used for the 40A will also work with the new 49A charger, as it is rated for 65A.
I also need to pick up the replacement photo electric switch for the driveway lights and install it

My older brother Al is popping by on his bicycle - after he pays his council tax - so I guess it'll be a session - toking some of what I grew this summer - and much talk of the Olden Days -
Waiting on a call from the banks mortgage people - to arrange a new mortgage on our apartment - since the old one ran out - been 8.5% interest these past few months (bank rate) - so hopefully I can get it lowered - by striking a new mortgage deal - and then only paying half - what I'm paying now -
Christmas is coming - always an expensive time of year - the boy wants an electric guitar - and my daughter prefers money

- and never expects nor demands anything - and neither do I - already I get this feeling like someone is gonna gift me some socks - which is usually the way -

Ya - if I can get this deal discussed with the mortgage brokers - it'll be a 5 year mortgage - at around 4.6% - by then the kids will most probably have their own places to live (she will be 21 - and he 19) - and maybe then I can sell up and buy a caravan - by the sea - since there is more equity - than what is still owed concerning the apartment - could even rent it out - then rent a caravan (mobile home) - 60-70 miles away - down on the south coast somewhere -
I take precautionary action.
