Yes I do watch it, it's nasty but it seems to be the only one to help. My doctor is always pushing pills,that's why I stay away as long as I can. If it was up to him I'd be taking a dozen different ones a day.

Hello my good man, it is a decent morning, other than an obnoxious prop airplane flying low this morning and waking me up after a restless nights sleep.

I really feel like I missing out on this Santa thing, I just can't escape the the thought of it. I bet you put on an Oscar winning performance.

The whole idea just gets my Christmas spirit all amped up. No electrical pun intended.

Humbly said ,Im a great Santa,Im engaging ,I get the kids singing ,and when lame parents dont want to sing I tell the kids lets ,let mom and dad sing.
I then let them know if santa sings moms and dads sing and you're lucky i dont make you sing three songs.
I did some work for a fire dept s 3 houses and I became their santa for 6 years,

I have been told by doctors that those with prior or current Liver issues, Ibuprofen (Motrin) is the preferred choice.
Likewise have been told those that had or have Kidney issues, Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is the preferred choice.
One benefit I know Motrin has, is that it decreases swelling, which can increase blood flow (healing) to an area.
If and when I need pain medicine like these, which I did after my knee surgery, I used Motrin. Frankly, I avoid both.

Technology should be phased out in not mandated….

I agree there needs to be a plan that smoothly incorporates new technology, regardless of what it is. New technology also needs to stand on its own merit. At present there is neither the technology nor the infrastructure to immediately switch over to electric.

Toyota's hybrid technology is rock solid and time tested.

Toyota has not jumped in to the EV market with both feet because the battery technology is 100 years old. Changing the chemistry and metals isn't the advancement people think it is.

EV's won't become a real viable option for most people until solid state batteries become affordable and charging infrastructure improves greatly.

Not only the charging infrastructure, but the electrical power to supply them.

It takes more energy to produce hydrogen than what you get out of it.

It ranks up there with windmills and solar farms where they get hail and tornados. View attachment 19110061

At the current cost of generating electricity with fossil fuels, that is so, but when/if fusion reactors continue to improve at the rate that they are, the cost of electrical power to split hydrogen will drop.

I've always wondered what % of people buy new cars every 3 years and what % have a lien. The way I look at it is if i have to take out a loan to buy a car i can't afford it .

I feel exactly the same way and haven't financed a car in the last 50 years.

I spent a lot of time on a butter churn growing up. Our Jersey cow produced high butterfat milk.

I personally have no need for a new car. When I buy a truck, it’s always a heavy duty diesel and I’ve never had a problem with one of them. I’ll pull maybe 15,000 pounds with a truck once in a while but other than that it just gets driven like a regular vehicle. I took out the backseats so the boys have tons of room to play around …
Now that I’m up in coherent, I’m finding that I have circles at the top of both of my feet and the inside of my ankles and triangle on the spot. They entered the top of my leg. All of them in Magic marker and I’m sure there’s a reason, but no one mentioned it to me. There’s no swelling whatsoever, but the left nut still aches… Dutch as usual, is laying at the foot of the bed where he now spends most of his time and Ivan is on my feet as usual… the more I play with Ivan the more I think I want to get another puppy, but I don’t know if my ass can handle bringing up another one…

The procedure is done and I’m just sitting here stuffing my face with blueberry muffins and a cuppa coffee waiting for my ride my balls ache, but that goes with the territory. I haven’t really looked down there to see what kind of bruising or damages the time but I’m sure I’ll have plenty of time to check that out when I get home. I might spend the day of potting. Some of my babies. Things are getting a little crowded…. Thanks for all the kind words. They must’ve helped because this operation was a breeze. They woke me up when I was back in my room to tell me the surgery was over and I wasn’t even aware I had it…

@Boo -- Just today I read a Medical Journal thingy about how a dog can sense cancer in its owner. There are some aerosol compounds the emit from the owner's skin -- that the doggie can sense and feel nervous about.

The only way to go. My last three cars were paid for by cash. <-- something I did not tell the sales folks I was going to do until the numbers were on paper. Then they shit.
