Evening folks! K has all the sides ready; we're just waiting on the grand-son to make an appearance. I'm sure he's getting here as fast as his chubby legs can carry him. I doubt we'll even have football going in the back-ground, but I'll figure something out.

peace

Did you really say both teams suck?......In case you haven't noticed and by your remark you haven't .....Detroit is 10 and 1......how are the Patriots dining? 3 wins and 9 losses.....they really SUCK.....
Detroit is playing well. Very, very nice to see, for a much maligned club overall. I don't know if WC Ford still owns it, or perhaps one of his kids, but they have a history of having the worst general manager in the league, resulting in taking the worst possible draft picks. Sad. Much blame rests on the shoulder of the owner, including the series of clown or inept mangers they've hired. Having been a long term fan we used to call them them: "The team you love to hate", b/c rooting from them was such a heartbreaking experience. They're close to a Conference win this year. Celebrate!! :p

The Ford family still controls the company and the team. Preferred stocks are a wonderful thing.

Sitting there thinking after a great Thanksgiving feast about how the way we spaced out out our kids, and they spaced out their kids, and our grandkids spaced out their's.

Rampaging toddlers on Thanksgiving has been the norm for about last 20 years. I take the dog for a walk with after dinner with a pinner and just enjoy the mayhem.

Great times

Evening folks. Thanksgiving is in the books. Enjoyed eating with family. Only eight of us this year. Losing family left and right this past year or so. Lost two just a few weeks ago.
I've made a decision, I've started to implement: I don't think it's appropriate to leave my 'laughing' emoji on posts that mention death. Even sickness/pain gives me pause.
SO, I will refrain from replying with any emoji to those posts.
