When I lived on the beef ranch, the ranchers were always keeping a chain of dogs, so there was always experienced cattle dogs to teach the younger dogs. If a new dog killed a chicken on the ranch, they would tie the dead chicken around the neck of the dog(chicken killer). They would leave it there for several days. Crude method but it seemed to work.

Hey DB, yep, just wait to see the results of my testing. It's about a 12 min drive to the village where a doctor and a lab share a space. They don't actually do the lab work there. When I was there a person came in and took people's bloodwork off to a lab for testing.

My diabetic grandfather lost both legs to an infection and died from the shock.

If this is a trick question, there was no charge because your system leaks, if not barter comes to mind.

My gramps had stashes of candy hidden around the house. Grandma would give him shit for hiding candy. He did not look after himself very well. When he passed away he was not recognizable as my grandfather, he was a shell of his former self. It was so sad to see a big strong man waste away in sickness.

I have never been fond of pharmaceutical drugs myself. I do remember a couple of young people in my town who drank and took some ludes. We use to go under the bridge close to downtown to smoke joints. These 2 guys end up under the bridge, passed out and both ended up with serious frostbite. There might have been some amputation involved. That's what ludes did for them.

I do recall ludes being a fad for a while.

I remember Lemon/Rohers, but mostly bath-tub ludes...about like 3 valium.
