My Honda civic uses about 7 liters per 100km.
Basically we have the same cars as in the US, but as you can imagine the heavy gas swallowers are rare here since it's an expensive drive.
yup, liquid propane gas...I'm looking at my last fill up and it's priced per gallon...

25-30 mpg in my Nissan Frontier
l got to drive a Mercedes on the autobahn 120 miles an hour..
saw the Schwarzwald in March right after it snowed…
it was spectacular to have coffee and Black Forest cake in the mountains
I am to old for the Metric System
Every time I drive those 200km/h it takes just a minute till there is a bmw behind me forcing me to leave the left lane on unlimited autobahn.
I really enjoy driving in other countries where the driven maximum on the left is usually a couple of km/h above speed limit

The mountain range directly adjacent to the Schwarzwald carries my family‘s name… i’ve always wanted to meet my German family but I never made it that far. I did make it to Ireland to meet my relatives on the Irish side and they didn’t have indoor plumbing and the roof was made from hay. I’ve got a fairly mixed up ancestry, and I am the only male that ever lived past 70
