Me either. <vbseg> had edit this for everyone who won't know what it means:
1) Acronym that stands for "Very Big Shit Eating Grin"
When used in conjunction to a comment that would otherwise be best left alone, due to the impact of any further advice.
2) Also an enormous grin that engulfs one so much that if they were to defecate it would alter their breath.

My first vaporizer, which I made out of two quartz lamps and a test tube. It will vape either herb or concentrate.Things have come a long way! I built a bong out of this in 1973. It is a Cascade humidifier, that was attached to a Bennett MA1 ventilator. :

This is my own personal modification of a Tandyn Slave Master, the very _first_ vaporizer, made from a Erlenmeyer flask. In high school, I was the guy who could make a bong out of a Falls City Beer tall boy can:

Obviously, I was into expressionist photography.
And here is what I term a trach pipe. It's a cannabis pipe made out of three, stainless steel tracheostomy adapters. These were used to connect up ventilators to tracheostomy (breathing hole cut in neck )tubes. You cannot imagine the amount, color, thickness, and smell of the grodyness that used to be contained inside these adapters.
I steam autoclaved and ethylene oxided these, so when I made the pipe, these fuckers were sterile! :

I / we used this pipe for 40 plus years, and when you grow your own and smoke as much as we did, a _lot_ gets procecessed. And SouthEast Lights was getting so good, we weren't finishing a regular joint... at least not at that time.
One of the reasons I'm all edibles, all the time now.

It was perplexing and the dr.ran all sorts of tests with no answer.
He gets the man in his office and starts asking him questions about his lifestyle and what could be the cause .
The dr. then asked if perhaps it was work related .
The man replied " No Doc Im retired"
Doc asked what do you do all day?
The man replies " Not much ,sit around all day .watch porn and eat cheetos"
Nope ,he was bald!
