Hello OF, I drop by frequently to see how you are all doing, thought this time I would say Hi.
I miss my time here not the politics but the people who I made friends with.
When I worked at the U of Guelph during the late 60s a professor gave me this mug at Christmas, if they wanted chemicals or lab equipment it had to come through us. Even the college dean had to give a requisition form for something.

I use a recumbent stationary bike for my aerobic exercises at home. I got it after my back got bad enough that I couldn't walk very far anymore.
It lowers my BP and works my hip joints, which give me grief if they don't get enough exercise.

tooth really doesn’t hurt anymore. Took 4 days to get into the dentist office. I was doing the warm salt water thing followed by Listerine it was feeling better and swelling gone by my saturday office visit. He said to take a weeks worth of these pills to make sure the infection is gone. I’m already thinking about skipping the next dose.Toothache remedy

Seriously, vanilla extract is supposed to work for a toothache

A real freak show that will be I’m sure.
I’m getting pretty handy with this yard vacuum. I can get close to 2 yards of mulch leaves in the hopper and then I have to dump it which means using a pitchfork to convince it to get out of the hopper. I’ve been thinking of names for male dogs because Ivan‘s brother’s gonna be here before I know it. I’m thinking the name Luca from the godfather would be an appropriate name for a little bad ass. I like the idea of using men’s names so that one might stick unless somebody’s got a better one to offer. I’m all ears if you do.

I just took a video of Ivan attacking the vacuum hose and I am convinced if were my arm there wouldn’t be anything left. He is building his confidence and is showing the true DDR lineage in him… I tried to post the video, but it says it’s too large. It’s nice to be able to say one word and turn him off.
