That looks interesting. I’ll have to try that. Been looking at pizza ovens too. Yes I like king arthur bread flour but can’t always find it. I was thing of grinding my own too as you can buy the grains at Whole Foods.

-10 f. this morning before sun-up. Now -7 in the sun heating the stiles on the front porch where the thermometer is to the inside of the stiles but outside the thermal envelope of the house. Supposed to be down to -42 f. (ambient air temp) for a low a couple days or so from now.
Had an earthquake here of about a 5.3 magnitude and 3.7 km deep, maybe 30 air miles or less to the east of us. Rocked and rolled the microwave stand for a bit. Initially thought the grader was doing the road out front, but... nope.. Just Mother Nature and her blasted fault lines seeing if we were actually conscious and paying attention.

I reserve my stash of muscle relaxers, Benzos and opiates for those moments, but I hate the opiates, even in baby strength, as they 'plug me up', which is the worst effect I get from them, so I save them for when everything has gone to shit. (No pun intended...).I am ending my day, the same way I started it laying on ice with the heating pad on my belly. Three weeks until the procedure…

I have been taking opiates for well over 25 years under Dr. supervision and I am never stopped up nor do I ever feel the pills that I take because I take them medically and not recreationally. My diet provides all the energy I need in the morning to alleviate what I don’t need inside of myself… I have plenty of meds stashed for the rainy day, but I try to avoid taking anything that I don’t need. I stopped taking benzos cold turkey about a month ago and I’m still having issues with sleep but I’m not taking benzos which makes me happy… I am desperately awaiting what I hope to be some very potent Indicas I’m growing…
