I grew up in Bergen County New Jersey...taxes were thru the roof and so was the real estate...one fact I remember well, it took an average of 30 seconds from a phone call to seeing cops...a sleepy bedroom community for folks that worked in the city...

North Jersey

I never went north of Trenton except for work. I was 10 minutes outside of south Philly on the Jersey side. Pat's steaks (Cheese steaks) and John's roast pork were just a short ride over the bridge.

I had the scare of my life when I was growing in Jersey. I was napping after work with the dog, my wife was still at work. I get woken up by the police beating on my door. I look out and I have 10 cops at my front door.

I opened the door and they yelled we got a 911 call from here we need to come in. I told them not without a warrant because neither I nor the dog called 911. They started to get shitty so I relented a bit and said 1 cop could come in but no search, while someone outside called my wife's employer to verify she was at work. After they left I tore down my grow and didn't restart it for 15 years.

how long have you folks stored your weed? Guy at work said it goes bad over time. I’ve had some a year or two old and it was just fine. I stored it at 60% humidity though.

I'm using some 3 year old frozen weed it still works. Maybe some less potency but it still gets me high in a cookie.
