I wasn’t all that impressed with the response but it is what it is. I will just let it go and if she wants to make contact it will happen. If not it won’t… I spent some really excellent time with the boys in the middle of the game room. They both been bathed and brushed out repeatedly and it’s just a joy behold… there can be no doubt, Ivan is certifiably crazy
so Swede talked me into eating a pretty strong gummy and I am going down hard…

we got out some extra quilts today , we turn the furnace down to 64 , please do not tell Unca Walt for fear he will go into shock and some kind of shivering spasms that only virgin albino women can cure , but that is where Swede , who by the way s Finnish , she likes the cool night time temps and so do I , we sleep better than f it’s warmer

Mostly cloudy here starting at 16F and predicted to reach 28F, with light snow on the ground this morning.
Lo and behold our furnace is not working after turning it down last night so I have five radiant heaters going and will be trying out our new furnace vendor.

I crashed out early last night planning on snow plowing. We only got an inch so salt trip it was. Surrounding areas got pounded. They moved my Bills game to Monday. What pussies.

The reasoning..People can't get to the stadium, they can't shovel all that snow yada yada what crap. Everyone is a wet noodle these days ffs.
The deal used to be if you made it there with your badass four wheel drive, you were a badass. After funneling a few beers in the lot YOU helped plow and shovel, then you were allowed to help shovel the field and stand with the other badasses.
Once this was done you were given a free badass beer from the Buffalo Bills, which was drank on the field with the other badasses. Many of these became life long friends I might add.
Then game time came and we would happily take the seats that sat vacant because the noodles were scared of the snow.
Those games were some of the most memorable times, the snowball fights with 100's of people, rum balls, wings done on a 55 gal drum of hickory, the jasper who rolled in with a smoker going containing an almost done pig, enough beer for all of NYS.
Now they want to ban tailgating lol to quote Buford T. Justice "What in the Hell...is this world comin' to?"
