we grew up with no plumbing and an outhouse

my dad would back the tractor up to the back porch and use a special belt to hook up the old washing machine

5 of us boys slept in one room with a coal stove and a bucket in the winter cause it was to dam cold in Utah in the winter to walk out to the outhouse

i was 6 years old when we moved to California and finally had indoor plumbing

Gotta take my beloved Witch to get a spinal shot this moanin'. She has terrible pains in her legs, and Scooter told her what the problem is: Sciatic nerve.

There are stretches that sorta relieve the worst of it, but he wrote out a two-page list of stuff for the other doctors to have, and they agreed, and are gonna give her a coupla spinal shots and do a CAT scan to see if she has a cat inside. (It is very handy to have free house visits alla way from Oregon by a Board Certified doctor...)

Right now, if she drops sumpin' onna floor, I gotta pick it up. That ain't hard, but she always tries to pick up things... and winds up with real owies.

Meh! I walked 5 miles to school.... uphill both ways. We were so poor my dad was kicking a can down the street one day.....l asked him what he was doing and he said MOVING!
Oh yeah? We were so poor, on Thanksgiving, my mother would send me next door to borrow the turkey for a half-hour.

We were so poor, instead of toilet paper in the roofless outhouse, we had to use a calendar for toilet paper. Now those days are behind me.

We could only afford clothes from the Army Surplus Store. It was awkward to go to grade school dressed as a Japanese sniper.

Hope I could have been of a micron help

Very kind of you. You are correct in how to take care of her; I do not let her take stuff out of the oven, or carry anything heavier than her pockybook. Although all the stuff she has in that rucksack would stagger a 20-mule train.

One thing I insist on her carrying in her purse in this new world is this little darlin':

OK... I gotta put in a bitch about my neighbor...

He lives about 600' down my dirt road. He fixed my Honda generator free fer nuffin after it took a total crap on me. Turns out the electrically-controlled carburetor had about died, and he rigged it to run anyway.

So he shows up last night. Took the generator back. Seems he was unhappy with his fix. He went and bought a new carbonator for it and insists on installing it. Jeez. What a nice fargin guy. He would not even let me pay for it.

I had given him a copy of The Cadet -- The Adventures of a New World Pioneer in the 17th Century along with a peacock-feather butterfly/flowers art display case.

I am trying to get even with him. I have a 6250-Watt pull-start generator with only 10 hours on it. I will never use it, because I pulled my shot-up shoulder apart (OW!!) when starting it... so haven't touched it in several years. So I told him to take it home with him when he brings back my little red hummer. He was delighted and amazed.

Good neighbors I have: the guy right next door mows my swale (200') just because he is friendly.

I know her pain and the injections. I hope you both get some relief from mean old Ms. Sciatica.

Brother many thanks and blessings!
My experience has thought me that we are able to heal ourselves so she can heal!!!!
My technique is positive energy, ab and lower back training to create a muscle belt and visualization
Now for visualization she needs to create in her mind the whole spine and she concentrates on every micro parts by visually and sensing that she is rebuilding and healing, the same goes with the siatica. She needs to track the origin (root) of the pain and start mental healing with visualization. Do some reading on Joe Dispenza (trust me an eye opener)
