Well - I was root'in for the old man - since I'm only 6 or 7 years older than Tyson - but no - he lost - at the same time as winning the sort of fortune - most people could only dream of -

It seems he got a nice bucket full of money. Certainly more than I make in a year, lol.
He is pretty yourng still, so I would not be surprised at a rematch. That might set him up for life if this fight did not.
When father time is knocking, I think it is harder to truly concentrate on training, like he did with his heavyweight fights.
If he trains more, especially concentrating on actualy bouts wnd legwork, the 2nd could be an interesting fight. I know from listening to Ali that he discussed the uber imporatance of running, which he did morning and night. If Iron Mike really wants to beat Paul, he is going to have to put in the necessary footwork to compensate for his aging corpse.

So I am reading this -- and I think it says the plants have their top branches cut off to make the bpttom part bushier. The flip thing... I think that means changing the pot they are in to a bigger one.

Did I get it right?

you got the branch cutting right

the flip is flipping the plant from a vegetative state to flowering , flipping the lights from being on 18 hours off 6 hours to lights on 12 hours and off 12 hours

Only momentarily... as a sit here is awe, understanding that some scientist somewhere on this planet originally conceived a way to make earth a different planet going around multiple suns with eclipsing moons so that marijuana would grow on that weird planet at the fastest rate possible.

I too so I get 3-4 main cola’s vs one. Not needed on all plants. It’s just selective trimming.

Morning

Fall cleanup and wood splitting on the agenda. If all goes well, fishing this evening.

I’m way behind on wood splitting. I simply have half of what I normally burn. I’ve got some dry wood I can cut and split. Just trying to find the time. Hard to split wood when you got a 16 month baby in tow.

Started the first fire of the season. I resealed the fireplace and I need to burn a medium fire and then let it burn out. To cure the sealant. This morning is perfect for it. Once the fire goes out the house will stay warm all day.

Cloudy with rain, starting at 37F and predicted to reach 49F.

Up late watching the fight, so slept in this morning. It reminds of me at 40 trying to compete with youngsters in their early twenties in fencing and martial arts. I had the strength and more experience but lacked the reserve stamina that I had in my own youth.
