That is my problem....every time I sit down my back gets stiff all over again.Yes it takes an hour of being vertical for me to get going. Iām ok after that as long as I donāt sit down to long.

Even if its just some careful stretching - when you get to the gym - it should help most injuries - I always seem to have some injury or other to work around - injuries don't have to stop you from staying active - and you will heal quicker usually - if you just keep going somehow -Amen to that. What we did to the old bones have memories and theyāre coming back to haunt us. I am in front of the fireplace with an ice pack on my back so I figure in an hour I can head off to the gym and get something accomplished once the back is tamedā¦

Iāve been going to the same trainer for nine years, every Monday and Wednesday morning. This man knows my body better than me and when I get there, he has got a full hours worth of different exercises for me to do without hurting myself. I've been blessed as not being one to get headaches usually - but I do get tinnitus from time to time - the sound of waves crashing in my head - but rarely gets to a full Typhoon - comes and goes -i have been blessed to deal with headachesā¦.from the King Migraines to Cluster Fvck Boomers that can go on for 30 daysāāā-tinsā¦

I could probably pop a couple of ibuprofenās or bufferins but thatās a last resort sort of cause I do not like taking any pharma pillsā¦..I take Zero meds and been that way for about 15 years now..
some of the aches and pains are annoying and just something to endure until the Feeling Better train stops byā¦.
in the meantime , let us all partake of moar coffee and get our minds right!..

One thing is certain age catches up to you. I have had tinnitus since my mid 40's. - as for pharmaceutical drugs - I've been on only one this past year called Amlodipine - to help lower my blood pressure - and it works without any side affects - so far - and is important to help prevent my heart condition from deteriating before surgery - whenever that might be - (no dates as yet) -
When you first start to use them, itās almost torturous the way they feel on the back. After you get used to them, itās almost impossible not to use them on a daily basisā¦ I assume if youāre back felt like minded in the morning, you would understand. I always feel better after I leave the gym no matter how rotten I feel going inā¦ Iāve got to get out this afternoon and grade the ground for the new piglets. Iām hopefully going to get this week. That wild board tour the pen, a new asshole and Earlene canāt walk around it because of the amount of holesā¦ she has officially become a fattyā¦I know ice packs in the morning does not sound fun.
