Cloudy with rain here starting at 43F and predicted to reach 53F.

My VaporHawg was delivered and a good time was had catching up with the old friend who delivered it.

I took a header this morning in the dark stumbling over Miss Layla in the dark and strawberried my left knee on the carpet, but thankfully nothing more serious and no injuries to Layla.

Breakfast out this morning with another old friend at the Tin Shed.

No response yet from Area Heating and Cooling. I'll give them a week and then I will file in small claims court.

Good morning GW. Glad you didn’t break anything in your fall. My puppy Arlo tripped me up the other day causing me to slam my foot into an iron doorstop. Took a couple days to feel better. Enjoy your breakfast this morning. Hopefully you will hear back from the AC guys soon.

Does your Small Claims Court allow for sufficient recovery? If its somewhat large, I like to file in associate circuit court. Get on the docket fast before they get their pants pulled up.

Also check your State's Consumer protection laws. Many contain "Private Attorney General" laws that allow you to proceed and collect attorney fees for your counsel. (if you win of course.) We have "deceptive practice acts and so forth. If they financed the deal, check they complied with federal truth in lending laws. There are several boxes for numbers that inform you of the actual cost of financing. IIRC, there are 7 boxes, ANY discrepancy results in $1000 recovery apiece plus attorney fees. These laws providing attorney fees were designed to prevent the little guy from being run over. Great for bashing Sleezy car dealers with.

I will not fool with gas, other than screwing the pipe to gas stove on. All modification will be farmed out. I saw all sorts of fixtures on their site, but nothing talking about "for gas"...mostly i listed what sort of pipe it was compatible with. I have no knowledge of other than copper pipe, and thats limited.

Typicaly its black pipe or galvanized as needed.
They have a flex gas pipe and fittings approves for it .The olden days they used 3/8 copper with flair fittings

On the seventh I was boxing your unit and realized the coil was older and a bit worn.
Amazon had a sale on the dabpress pid boxes and coils so I ordered one.
Supposedly out for delivery to me today.
A ridiculous delay all around.
However you will also have the ability to properly dab full melt concentrates so yay you.
Also changed from a all quartz head to a stainless steel unit same as bubba has.
The two bowls are made from titanium and the glass bowl is for using as a stand when its on.
I drilled a hole in a piece of wood to stick it in.
That way the coils not killing itself staying hot between hits.

Good morning SG! Me too, as well as not injuring Layla when I fell.

Thanks for the good thoughts, I suspect that the HVAC company's GM is aware of their practices, so will first look hard at their documentation and options.

I plan to file for about $500 plus the fees from the attorney I will consult with before presenting my case in Small Claims court.

We will see how far they want to drag this out. It was clear the Service Manager was feeling omnipotent, but at some point, a good businessperson weighs losses and probabilities.

Morning. I am 10 pages behind on....long story short. The nurse that came to the house to put Zoie down diagnosed in issue that allowed us to keep her going. So we didn't put her down. I don't know how much time we bought her but I am grateful for every minute.

Happy for you. It's hard to let go. I had a dear heeler who was suffering with advanced stage of lyphoma and told my friend who works with animals "I'm not ready to let go". She replied, "This is not about you. She's suffering, get it done." Took 3 days to find a vet to do the dirty deed. Like I said in a previous post, have the vet use an injection of sedative first. The End is very peaceful.
