Safety First!

I loves me some cast iron cookware, though. About all I cook with, inside.

About 7 years ago I got a 19 inch cast iron 2 handle skillet
Had to take off a little on the handles to fit my green egg.
I use that big ass skillet all the time.
Its like having room on the skillet to move things around to the hot or not as hot side
