For everyone who has ever had or given an evaluation - just remember,
it could have been worse. These are actual quotes taken from Federal
Government employee performance evaluations.

1. "Since my last report, this employee has reached rock-bottom
and has started to dig."

2. "I would not allow this employee to breed."

3. "This employee is really not so much of a has-been, but more of a
definite won't be."

4. "Works well when under constant supervision and cornered
like a rat in a trap."

5. "When she opens her mouth, it seems that it is only to change feet."

6. "This young lady has delusions of adequacy."

7. "He sets low personal standards and then consistently fails to
achieve them."

8. "This employee is depriving a village somewhere of an idiot."

9. "This employee should go far, and the sooner he starts the better."

10. "Got a full 6-pack, but lacks the plastic thingy to hold it all together."

11. "A gross ignoramus -- 144 times worse than an ordinary ignoramus."

12. "He doesn't have ulcers, but he's a carrier."

13. "He's been working with glue too much."

14. "He would argue with a signpost."

15. "He brings a lot of joy whenever he leaves the room."

16. "When his IQ reaches 50, he should sell."

17. "If you see two people talking and one looks bored,
he's the other one."

18. "A photographic memory but with the lens cover glued on."

19. "A prime candidate for natural de-selection."

20. "Donated his brain to science before he was done using it."

21. "Gates are down, the lights are flashing, but the train isn't
coming."

22. "He's got two brains cells, one is lost and the other is
out looking for it."

23. "If he were any more stupid, he'd have to be watered twice a week."

24. "If you give him a penny for his thoughts, you'd get change."

25. "If you stand close enough to him, you can hear the ocean."

26. "It's hard to believe he beat out 1,000,000 other sperm."

27. "One neuron short of a synapse."

28. "Some drink from the fountain of knowledge; he only gargled."

29. "Takes him 2 hours to watch '60-minutes'."

30. "The wheel is turning, but the hamster is dead"
I have seen a serving officer's evaluation that has stayed with me:

"Tends to become confused when giving conflicting orders."

Some humongous PM news for everyone...

We all know the dollar is getting hollowed out. And the economy is in the stank. This is getting through to a lot of people.

A lot of these people are having their silver stored in the safes of huge banking companies. Most, actually.

Well, we all know these banks make money on derivatives. <-- That is a fancy way of saying they backed their bets with the silver they were storing. And they used the same (secretly "borrowed") silver over and over simultaneously in hundreds of ways.

And it works like a charm; as of yesterday, the paper-to-silver rate is 400:1 <-- Remember that derviative number. It means every ounce of silver they are holding for folks has been used 400 times over and it is GONE.

WHEN, not "if" derivatives fail -- as they are most assuredly heading for with the US financial disaster exploding before us...

ONE OUNCE of silver would cost $12,156.

ONE OUNCE of gold would cost $291,250

This is because the derivatives** are real things. And there is simply not enough silver and gold to pay for them as required IN GOLD AND SILVER.

** Derivatives are complex financial contracts based on the value of a group of assets. These assets include stocks, bonds, commodities, currencies, interest rates, market indexes.

So if ANY of those things listed takes a shit, and brings some others with them (inevitable)... This could be triggered by a bank run, among other things.

Then this applies from the Dollar Clock:

Did someone ask whether it was a good time to buy silver?

Lessee... Hmmm... $30/Oz vs $12,156/Oz

Tough decision. Didja decide not to get one whole Bitcoin for a $20 bill, also? <-- Frugal you are [/Yoda]

Late Add To The Above:

If anyone reading this has their PM's stored ANYWHERE but within reach (bank vaults are NOT within reach -- lockboxes are sealed at the pleasure of the gummint) then get your "physical" in your physical hand.

A gilded, seal-impressed fancy document... makes for lousy toilet paper. Receipts will not buy food.

Gotta plant my veggie garden today.....my back it gonna get tested.
Amazing that about 400 miles makes such a big difference on gardening.

Been harvesting veggies for over a month now.

Got a good return on purple potatoes. Bought 10lbs and harvested 78lbs. They're not a big producer but sure are purdy to look at.
