If you are referring to green light, I have no opinion, though do note that most green light is reflected.
A troll through Google search suggests that green light does have some effect, just less than the red and blue ends of the spectrum.

Green light is considered the least efficient wavelength in the visible spectrum for photosynthesis, but it is still useful in photosynthesis and regulates plant architecture.
