I have grown og for a long time. It always has 5 finger leaves not 3. If done right in a cea room the size of the colas would astound most. Over a foot long with a 2.2 pd per 1000 average. Og yields much better than most say just because if you piss it off you get golf balls. Keep your dif at 5 degrees between day and night and watch it stack.

Took me years to learn that.

I hope you have the same one I shared...that would make my day! The high she had was just this side of uncomfortable. Would literally make me sit on the edge of my seat waiting to come down just a touch because...WIRED. She'd hold you up by the very center peak/point of your skull like a christmas ornament...ROFL.

I'd simply LOVE to know that cut didn't get lost in the mix.

She was UNLIKE other "modern" OG's in every way - a TRUE 70/30 type like OG was always said to be from the start....

Even more so, LIKE the lore of Ghost - this cut breed more OG type phenos than I ever would have expected. It passed forward so many specific traits that rang true to type - which a lot of the modern cuts don't exactly do.

For those reasons alone, I felt very confident that what was shared with me as Ghost - WAS in fact, the real deal.

But I'll say this - flowers look nothing like what I've seen posted by other people. Looked nothing like the "kush" type OG's we see these days...

I meant "controlled environment agriculture." I have an old digital camera with the pics of a 4x8 that did 5 lbs full of colas the size of your arms. This is all with an old og cut from the sfv that I received as just kush around 2001. The average from the 8 light room with everything brand new was 2.2 pounds per thousand watts of light. Hortilux eye lamps, adjustawings 5 gallons of canna in geo pots hand watered at 2.0 ec with the full canna line but I only used 2ml a gallon of their boost. harvested at 65 days. Some buds showed light stress I kept the lamps so close but the quality and density were second to none and I have continuously grown this strain for over a decade but never matched that yield. I have done over two per lamp but never beat that 2.5lb

My point being og does yield if you don't limit it or piss it off.

The lay out was 5 per tray and 4 per 4'x4' for the larger veg specimens. The plants were trimmed to 6 leads then scrogged for two and a half weeks flipped and weaved through the trellis until day 21 of flower.

Then at day 30 or so when I saw the stretch stop another layer of trellis was added for support and to weave some of the more dominant branches through. I didn't defoliate but I did remove any leaves blocking too much light slowly maybe two or three leaves a day from each plant as needed. Co2 was kept at 1500 ppm. Temps 80 daytime and 75 night. humidity at 50% during the day and no more than 60% at night. I let the trellis hang down the sides to catch any floppies also. Also a chlorine sediment filter not ro and added 2ml a gallon ca/mg during veg.

IMO Ghost has the best smell/flavor packages of the OG cuts. Yes it has the classic lemon, pine, and earth. But, has a unique savory smell and taste. It's like herbal, ginger, and almost rootbeer type of uniqueness about it. I find it often has a fresh air smell about it as well..hard to describe.

I got an idea I'll buy some seeds from other breeders and cross them to clone only's , wow how come none of us has thought of that .... Hey and then we can make up or own name for the cross's instead of calling what they are... Heck then I can buy a HT cup award on a colab with the latest cool BHO bro's with my new GG#3 X Cookies X og X chem X skittles cross made. ......... Silly rabbits tricks are for kids...
