that bush was supported from underneath with steel wires, otherwise it would've ebeen EVERYWHERE
supporting with wires from the lid allowed me to move the bucket around as well as pull the lid off with the plant to change nutes; no strings to worry about.
i'll see if i can't find any pics of it........but for now.........
hey ive heard silica is great for that sorta gig (strenghtening plants) as much as too nearly eliminate the need for support??? anyone else heard/used that info?:
good point eulogy pro-tekt is a part of my usual mix, but that plant was sort of a "fuck-up" for lack of better words. something bad happened at that time and the police took all my hydro equipment, so that lone DWC plant was finished with age-old bloom.
i feel that some type of silica additive is necessary for a healthy hydro system, however i don't believe silica additives can fully eliminate the need for support. the fact is, dwc has such explosive growth and the stems simply cannot keep up. of course stretch is a big fctor too.......
