Oh man i wish. This is my nieghbors place

If you have a skill here that no one else has and with hold said skill it's poor form in a small place not to help lol

Plus the contract paid beyond well so no complaints from anyone

Most trees here can grow up to a foot a month (this depends in their age of course) crazy!

I noticed last year some trees around the garden were blocking the light even after a heavy Prune.

Time to fell some trees and make a few years worth of free fire wood while improving the vigor in the garden

When I was a young guy my friend had a company and sometimes I would help do renos for cash under the table and the chainsaw reminded me of how the jobs always started lol , most of them were out in the country and we had bonfires to burn the demolition,today you can't light a match without a permit, I miss those days.

Over Xmas and new years we were invited to do a mansion salvage before they torched it lol

I scored my wife and I about about 50 k worth of floors, siding, art and designer furniture

It was a Xmas miracle lol

1 or 2 more days left helping neighbors with there finishings then it's back to the garden

Frogs and birds been full tilt for the last month. Owls and cougars too. Gotta get that poop spread out pronto

One awesome bonus to helping others is you get ideas for your own home will be doing this 5/16 tongue and grove over my back deck with a few skylights

I did my walls and ceiling in cedar too in a room upstairs, I've never liked drywall ,hanging or filling it,there is no strength or warmth to it. That's a nice high ceiling, I'm assuming you will hang fans?

What's rad about cedar is over time it turns a super warm red color.

I gotta say I love and most people on my island choose the contrast of drywall and natural wood. Hence the look of this place.

I'm not sure what my nighbor plans for accessories?
