Hey Agent, glad you're back! Your room was part of the inspiration for my room (much smaller scale). I really love the UC; plants just explode when conditions are dialed. I really struggled early on with nutes in my grow (total noob), but once I got past that, the room really blew up. I've done a shit job of keeping the girls pruned, but I'm figuring things out for the next run. If you get a minute check out my thread. It's very long unfortunately because I was documenting the building of the room and the maiden run. Many issues and delays during the build as I hired a couple of contractors who were losers. Anyway, I'm glad you came back as I always wondered how well your room did and it looks like you killed it! :tiphat:

Thank you sir, I appreciate that :D

The Hydrogen worked great for me and is very efficient for medium to large rooms. I used reservoirs to feed my Hydrogen because I like to conserve resources where I can and a constant flow of water going to waste would give me nightmares lol
A 55 gallon drum of water used as the feed and return does heat up quickly and was close to being too hot and not letting the hydrogen turn on again but it was enough that I never had that problem. Two things I would suggest doing differently if need be:

1. I would build a reservoir that was long rather than tall and very shallow so the water would cover a higher square footage and place it directly on the ground to help dissipate heat.

2. Move the reservoir out of the room, only if the room was too small to fit or the extra heat from the water created a cooling problem in the room.

Keeping the flame lit was never a problem for me. Making sure your water is clean and filtered helps immensely in this area as does cleaning and maintaining the jets and also making sure you have a quality source of gas (not propane from your local Quicky Mart).

Now as far as your application is concerned there are a few issues. First, your area is incredibly small and using a hydrogen would be pointless and expensive overkill. Secondly, I don't know where your tent is, but knowing most people's situations, it's likely in your room or another occupied area of the house and a generator of that size can kill you or others if not properly sealed and/or ventilated. And lastly, the area you are using is so small that the amount of air turnover you would need to keep those plants healthy would negate the benefits of using CO2 anyways.

I'm sorry if I burst your bubble on this but I really am looking out for you :tiphat:

Yeah agent, you r right!!!! Its definitely an overkill!!!! Thank God, I managed to properly dial in my set up, which is an 15-20 tank of compressed co2 and now runs so smooth !! :D
To be honest, I felt in love with your set up of gen and tank, its the first one I ve seen to be set up so nice!! I will definitely copy it one day, when I move to a bigger space!! and yes you right, im in a spare room in my house atm, no practical use of the hydrogen...

I see, you got a point with the height or the res. It will be better if it's longer rather than taller, but u need space for that....this must not be a spare room in the house!!

For now my chh4 and the bottle, do the job just fine!!!! (the problem was, that I have an non adjustable regulator. With the provided hose the bottle lasts two weeks!!!!! Problem solved with tieing the edge tip of the hose and open a tiny hole with a pin....lol) now opens and closes 15-20 times untill it reaches my target and doesnt go more than 150 ppm from my set point!!!
Im happy..

Thank you again, agent...KEEP UP the awsome work...

What kind of stone is that?
Looks like it could replace lava rocks in bio buckets

This system and setup are Grow room porn but the question is how productive with all the initial cost is it?
What was the quality and production of this 17k room?
