Hi, very interesting thread!
I cultivated in 2007 two females Hunza's of mriko with the hempcy phenos, with a very low effect, and no much resin.
Not like ElAhrJi Hunza
Rainha Ginga your Hunza's phenotipes are very similar like I had, could you tell me, about their effect? I have some seeds more and someday put looking for something interesting..
Ngakpa the mazar picture of spanish 2004 outdoor were cultivated for me, the same year of the Hunza's, the camera configuration was wrong, was 2007 summer. One pheno was very potent phisical relaxation.
I have readed something about indica Burmese's pheno, what differences have with normal Burmese? I have some seeds of Vancouver Island seedbank..

you wouldn't happen to still have any seeds would you? i am looking for a high CBD indica. Hunza might be a good one to try.

Sorry Afghanicus but the few seeds I have, I tell the friend that give me I do a preservation making more seeds.
For this year I'll do it, I could send to you then.
And for good medical effect I recomend to you the mazar-i-sharif of The Real seed company, if that are tha same of mriko, that I cultivated.
This a are traditional non inbreed indicas, very potent and with a lot of potential I think.
Some phenotipical differences but very similar.

Yes are Mazar-i-Sharif.
It were harvest, for begining midle of october..

The calyxes were very big like the seeds I planted, but I have some seeds of Hunza more little too.. I hope that are like ElAhrJi Hunza's pheno or genotipe..

I've flowered 3 females so far 1 was a total hermaphrodite so got culled early on,so on to the last remaining females.
Phenotype 1 is a small yielding golf ball type buds and a weird dankness to it,i've smoked a little and its got a good heavy high so i've removed the top buds and wacked the lower part under 18/6.
Phenotype 2 has a more open structure sort of indica/sativa type buds with a dank afghani taste with a slight spiciness to her.

At the moment i'm getting my butt kicked by this hindu kush. I think i have become a part of the computer chair, haha. Typing is difficult right now

thanks, she is quite resinous and sticky. This is generation 3 from seed. I selected the more indica looking resinous plants for the next generation.

"hempy" plants usually have higher CBD and lower THC. It would be worth a try if you are willing...

Well here is what i have been working with for a while. Sensi seeds hindu kush. Its meant to be unhybridised hindu kush just selectively inbred. Has quite a landracey look to it. what do you think? I'm looking for something a little more "untouched" at the moment as i really need a CBD producer for my medical condition.

bump up the thread with some Mazar i sharif landrace photos. These are winter grow in southern hemisphere in the subtropics so plants are small. I am looking for a CBD chemotype out of 9 females seeded by one nice wide leaf male. I need it for my medical condition. This strain shows some nice variation in phenotypes and the smell of it is amazing. I can only describe it as like a fruit salad. So fruity. Although there is a couple of more pungent plants in there.

The smell is great from this Yunnan strain.Hopefully it is high CBD-pheno!!!This is not the Yunnan indica sold by Aceseeds.

Nice yunnan, hope she smokes nicely and good medicine. Be sure to update when you get a chance to sample it. I will be trying out the mazar phenos one by one till i find the right one. I'm not concerned about appearance or yield. Effect is more important for me.

great aromas --- bubblegum, citrus, cedar, pine, hashiness
phenos range from mild to devilish potent
to me plants like this show that the whole Western indica/sativa distinction doesn't work in reality
