The intentional derp idea?

What happens when you take clones that have been under 24hr T5 lighting and acclimate them to normal sunshine and a dark period? Will they automatically go to flower?


What I'm thinking of doing is running Sour Boggle inside under 24hr lighting, then send the clones outdoors. I know I can get away with this come September, but what about July and August? It's a 7 week strain along with the Bog bubble I have.

As long as your not at a super high latitude I think you'd be alright tossing plants out in July aug from 24hrs. Would be an interesting experiment anyway!

In a sativa it may be possible due to equatorial lighting times and generations of development under it. With my indicas and most hybrids they seem to want that 12 or less schedule to trigger. Auto's will flower regardless from what I have read.
