Anyone know any good places online to pick up barley seeds without crazy shipping cost??

Might just look for barley at an organic grocery or a feed store. Probably won't germ as well as seed barley, but the price will be right.

Expect big packages at the feed store.

Maybe a place that has brewing supplies.

I tried looking for them locally at the farm/feed stores here and nobody has them, I couldn't even find them at the brew supply stores. Closest thing I found was at a Sprouts grocery store but these were pearled barley and have the hull removed and milled so they are not sproutable..

I'm honestly surprised, particularly wrt the feed store.

Right now, I got nothin', sad to say.

I will keep looking for it locally and if I can't find any ill use that place or if I find a better site with lower shipping ill use that..

I know its a few pages ago, but this is Queen Anne's Lace.
Queen Anne's Lace are pretty, but severely invasive.

Just make sure you don't mistake it for Wild Mustard Weed, cause those fuckers cause stinging, itchy, blistering rashes. It's basically a yellow version of a QAL. I know cause I used to get burned working on a road crew. Stay away from that shit. QAL is harmless though.

I thought that too but usually queen anns has a branching and no leaves coming off the stem.

Poison hemlock is what I'd guess.

I found a place that can special order the barley seed and kelp meal in the 50 lb bags. They are made by a company called o.h. Kruse grain and milling, anyone ever come across these and know If they're any good??There out of California I called them and they said that the barley seed and the kelp meal is not organic though and they don know if the seed is gmo or not, the kelp meal in a PDF on there website says dried kelp (ascophylum nodosum)
