ahahaha, they were actually stupid that they didn't even know about prop 19 when i asked them, ahahahaha . Not only that but they also did an illegal search even though they didn't have a Search warrant they just came in like pigs rushing right to my room, after 2 hours they got a search warrant from the judge to check the last locked room. LMAO there was nothing in that room but junk. They had me wait 2 hours just to check my last locked room!!! There's a lot I could do but i rather just let it slide. At least they didn't do shit to me or my family.

LOL you apparently have no grasp of the law or how to spell. local standards can easily be different than federal guideline. let's use marijuana for example- the fed standards for cultivation arrest is 100 but yet the state (well the vast majority) will arrest you for just 1. that's crazy because by your rational state law is superceding federal...
