You might find that equal circumstances do not exist here.

I am not an elected leader, I don't have access to nuke codes, I don't have the authority to bomb other nations, I don't represent 350 million persons of different political and philosophical views, nor do I have the inherent responsibility in maintaining diplomatic relations with a wide variety of heads of state.

But I can see why if you ever attempt to pursue an 'equal protection under the laws' kinda' case, you'll most likely lose your arse..

Next totally incongruent comparison you'd like to attempt to point out in your very obviously blurred and uninformed or naive scope?

Edit: Oh, I forgot to add, please show where I mocked devlopmentally disabled persons, let alone in front of a live audience of thousands at a rally (and the millions watching television), or celebrated the bludgeoning of a mere spouse of any opponent.
