Yes, you can have a pic, maybe even one from an existing file.
Illiteracy can be defined in a number of ways, including general reading comprehension, sometimes affected by the complexity of the material, and sometimes eluding much more basic interpretation or grasping of materials.
In this case, I'm elated that you functionally grasped the terms in play, including 'snow tires' and 'oil pan.'
