So, I don't know about you all, but if the military came up with a report on how to roll out militarization of the weather in 1996...
I would expect to see some funky weather happening. And, I would have been correct. The 25 years to follow would see weather extremes and tragedies, fires, droughts, floods, famines, hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards, heat waves, you name it. But, researchers have it all figured out. But, no researcher will factor this issue into their calculations. Not a single adventurous minded individual among the whole lot of them. Ask yourself why? They are in fact, in denial.

...and that in Rocky (the movie which I've not seen) Rocky takes all the Punches and it takes all of his opponents strength to try and beat Rocky down and Rocky takes all the punches and takes all the abuse and then in the final round, when his opponent has given it all they had to give, Rocky devastated his opponent in the end...
