It's actually the exact opposite. You have a bunch of people who believe in doing what they (you) are told and who follow orders without question. Teachers who don't understand or question "the science," Healthcare workers who just follow the mandates, and police who believe that bad things should hapen to those who don't obey or submit to their authority. You have a nightmare society. Luckily this will all backfire. Remember the year of the boomerang (2019)? What happens when the vaccinated are determined to be the spreaders of disease??
