idk, with the hair long & flipped up in back, very slight boobage, rectangular glasses (not round) and finally what looks to be a skirt and not jeans, I think that's a chick.
Def thrown in there to confuse, but I think Waldo is not in that image; also, if Waldo's not anywhere in there then that image couldn't possibly be a Copyright infringement if done by some artist other than Martin Handford, the original 'Where's Waldo?' and/or 'Where's Wally?' artist.

I ran high hurdles back in '73 & '74, catch a hurdle just right (or wrong) and you're going to go down badly. It was 3 strides between each hurdle and you'd better clear them cleanly or pay dearly.
Below they're running what's known as 'Intermediate' hurdles, 'High' hurdles have been gone for decades.

if this works like the ones for alcohol, it is physically impossible to drive it safely. the bias is built in & you will swerve, hit shit, & the brakes will NOT work when you use them because there is a delay built into the system. this is why they use a simulator, the game is rigged. if they wanted to know the truth, they would let you get high & drive a real damned car on an enclosed realistic course. but then, that is not what they want...
