so what I know about the 56 day is that it's the Josh D. It was brought up to the bay by a person and was told to not call it kush or something along those lines. People have told different versions of the story but those are the facts that stay consistent.
I guess I’ll take this Ghost 56 days lol.

I always let the ghost go at least 9-10 weeks but I do that with bubba kush as well , most people pull to early imo , the fcut beans I have are from swerve and I’m aware they might be ograskals Afghan based on old forum discussions. The short compact structure looks more Afghan than og imo but either way I’m digging the serrations and over all structure. Might call her fatgirl 😂

Nice…. the Tahoe was the first OG I ever had….the clone that Swerve had, not the resulting crosses…..still burned in my memory as the quintessential OG, hit like a brick shit house and that flavor….. that is one of like 3 clones I am genuinely bummed I lost lol….

Looking forward to seeing her in all her glory! 👊🏻
It seems you know well the different OG Kush clones, what seeds would you suggest to get to have a decent OG Kush representation today. The Lee Roy I've tried is not made anymore but I think Rare Dankness sell a BX to Ghost cut now called The Ghost Of Lee Roy, do you know if it's as good as the LR was?
I've been tempted by the 501st OG sold by RD as well, is it a good seed line?

The time/work necessary when breeding with selfed plants is extreme. Unless the plants are stable it will not produce stable plants. Starting with plants that are stable is a must. Adding anytime new with a proven stable plant the progeny must be grown to prove stability. This is extremely time consuming that not many will take on. No matter how much work is put in there will always be some that will be unstable. This should be rare !.

Finding males in a female line is most likely caused by pollen contamination. Ive found a few but not possible for me to say there was no contamination. I clean my tents well between projects but its till possible some reg pollen was missed. These plants might not be the best to use for breeding. If they are showing as males there highly intersexd plants and will def pass on that trait.
I agree it's not the best idea to use pollen from a male who can come from unknown pollen or being genetically female, it won't make great progeny.
