hi Dr, been looking at those cams, both look to be really nice. One quick Q though, why the need for an slr rather than a hq point and shoot type? Do you take many pictures of fast moving objects?

I do alot of time in the backcountry, in which I take thousands of pics a week. Birds,bears, coyotes etc are all targets for me, especially great landscapes. I just want a top of the line digital camera for these things. I do have two hq point and shoots, but it is just not the same.

Yeah when i get my data transfered over from the HDD that is sitting on my desk, I will post some animal pics. Dude I live in the country, I get deer here on the daily,the are more of a danger than drunk driving in my area, I had a skunk decide my crawlspace was a great place to live a couple years back. I have gone into do some laundry and found an opossum in there. I had a dog killed by coyotes a couple years back. Porcupines are not unheard of. Jays, Cardinals, Orioles, Owls, Mouse hawks, all call my backyard a home during the summer. I have pics of most of this stuff, I will post some up.
You brits killed all your animals like back in the 1500's lol
