cloneman -wellcome in :D

thanks for clearing out the origins of the SSH used in this cross :D hey man this has been one of my most exiting grows ever - lots and lots of fun :D

when times comes i will be more than prepared to try out the future crosses - and the sour D sounds like a very interesting ingredient in the mix :D

FJ - thos plants in the pics of cloneman are the fathers of the plants im flowering now.

baseado - credit goes to who it belongs - to cloneman - i stated it before somewhere - but im merely growing these great crosses made by him. just not to confuse things :D hehe

joa very nice indeed ;)
great show guys :D as ya may have noticed i´m a ssH guru :yummy:
i love this strain like my own life :yoinks:

Its tasty, fruity, spicy , strong ..... relatively low tolerance buildup , good acquirements for the offspring .., what do you want more ?
low tolerance buildup is very important for me as i´m a very heavy smoker [up to 3g per day| ~ 100 g per month 10% +/- , the last 3 years and i dont think it will change much]
:joint: lets smoke some :D [20 min pause]
I´m planning in 2007 a big ssH project to make sure the strain will last the next 3 (shelf-life) years, result will be the f3 generation.About the desired results i have to talk with some headzz as i believe it´s better to look at a breed from different viewpoints and this is likely impossible alone.

fj - sounds like ur going to have fun mate :D seems like u smoke more or less like i do hehe i solve the tolerance thing with variety and ending up mixing lots of strains in each spliff in the end.

hey vend :D my coco-companion :D whats up :D nice u enjoyed it - ur gonna enjoy even more to grow some select clones into trees when u move down here mate :D

peace all

heja ya coco freaks :) Does hold Coco + Perlite (85/15) the same amount of water as soil ?
Fj

fj - perlite ads to the drainage of coco and might make it hold very litlle water. i use vermiculite - to give air and to hold humidity. - id say a 12 liter pot holds atleast 3 liters of water minimum - if not more.

normally i when i water i give them about 1,5 liters each - and 0,5 liters drain. i never let the coco dry out too much - so there is allways some water left in the pots.

i dont usually water more than 2 times a week - with the 12 liter pots. this is the MOST slack-ass hydro setup u can think of. hehe

i think it seems like also different brands of coco have different ratios of fiber to crushed shell - so tehy are all a bit different. the one i use is used a lot in green houses for vegetables etc down here. - really economic.

i hope that answers some questions hehe :D

i dunno if i should change medium as i have never grown in something other than Soil+Perlite :chin:
Is coco reusable? if yes, i think i would try 10 pots with coco and your mixture with vermi.. (catcus-sand ? ) ....

fjällhöga, its reusable. its an exelent medium, and the canna nutes are great. ive been using it for 2.5 years now and im sold. :woohoo:

i grow in pure coco until now im gonna try the vermiculite too, maybe :D
its such a hands on medium its very controlable and gives very nice results.
i grow in 10 liter buckets ,and this time if im lucky i will get 9-14 plants in my room. its going to be great :D

thats gonna be some nice bushes mate :D

fj - vend answered ur quetion ;) :D he is the one who lead me over to canna coco :D i was using hesi coco before - and its not AS GOOD as canna.

vermiculite is a insolatin material, its kind of a popped up mineral.

peace :D

jehawwww
well well, one q is open, as my style of growing is HighDensitySeaOfGreen with up to 40 pots(4 l) per sqm.On soil i´m watering every 3 days and i dont want to do it more often.
Is the capacity of holding water of coco comparable with soil? Vermiculite is not available here :(, so i think i have to use perlite (10%) to aerate the coco enough.
Ok its backed up to buy 50 liters of CannaCoco to give it try ......
i dont think there will be troubles with my Plagron AlgaSeries (nutes) , or do you see some?

in coco i strongly recomend coco specific nutes.

also u can use the coco with out mixing it with anything - it is really areated in it self :D

i think in coco u use about as much water as in soil - maybe a bit more. but the results are better.

peace :D

cocco uses water faster it seems. and you dont need realy to add anything to coco. its super airy. but its always fun with experiments :D

B

bonecarver_OG

conclusion:

coco stores less water than soil, and the plants will use the stored water up quicker - than in soil :D

mhm i dont want to buy new nute lines :(
hej bone can you re-write me all ingredients on the bottle of your nutes? to compare it to mine.
thx fj

B

bonecarver_OG

jsut check out canna coco nutes on the web. :D they contain EVERYTHING a plant needs to grow and flower - anything extra is - hehe - extra ;)

soil nutes dont work that well in coco since soil needs other conditions than coco.

also on option is to mix the coco with ur soil and give more liqiud ferts of the kind u are using now.

peace

lol ya coco sluts :D (meant in a nice way ;) )
i forgot completely that i still have my old AdvancedHydroponics Nutes which i used 3 years on soil. i read through the sticker on it and it says it´s conform to use it with soil/coco/hydro systems, so i only have to get it dialed in again and holla i dont need to spend more money as i do for my girls ..... sure it works i´m very optimistic .....
Fj
Ps:plz make a stateemnt and giove me ya opinion , thx
