Hello to all here, I am a Czech grower whos been lucky enough to have been gifted a few seeds of purple peace by Esben at CSC and must say Im in love with the plant. Easily the sweetest smelling girl in the garden (with very sweet competition). The silvery sparkle of the resin against its indigo green background. sprinkled with diamonds the plant completely wows anyone who sees her.
Slender as a ballerina, Ive noticed two phenos? is this possible, a green one also. Take a look, and much respect to all growing this plant here, youve helped me a great deal and now I can finally show you what I have.

Looks lovely. The smell and high of the Purple Peace is still is my favorite smoke.
Esben is realy spreading the good bean... lol
around 80% come out purple and 20% green.

I got a lot of sweet memories of Praha and the Czech Republic.
Back in 1990 a couple of people from my neighbourhood (residents, artists, politicians, shop owners and local tv) were bringing a computer and a copy machine to Mala Strana in Praha..
That's were I met a lot of interesting and very creative people.
I even danced with Mr. Dubcek!!
There is a lot of creativity goïng on in that bubbling city.
I also met my friends for the first time of "Czeske Srdce" (Bohemian heart).

Together we went to the first concert of the Rolling Stones in the Spartacus Stadion...
The name of the impressing concert was: "Tanks are rolling out, the Stones are rolling in". A concert I never forget!!
I also remember the "Rock Club" in Prague were I met a dentist that called himself Doctor Weed. he was growing also for his own use at his farm outside Praha.
I remember the great vibe and music at the Rock Club.
The use of Cannabis was very relaxed and pretty open in that time.
Pindulinka can you clear me (and others) up about the situation at the moment?
Is it legal to grow still, or is it tolerated like here in the Netherlands?
How much are you aloud to have on you in Czech nowadays?
In the Netherlands we can carry up till 5 grams for own use and grow 5 plants for own use.
Yesterday and today are grey...
No rain, but a lot of grey clouds...
The plants are doïng fine....

Ok, now there are 2 different pheno's of the Green Ambassador this season.
The (Phoenix) "Green Ambassador", a green white Pheno that looks and smells more like the Snow White mother.
The other Green Ambassador in the box starts to show purple flowers, is seeding and looks more like the Purple Peace, smelling fruity sweet.
More Sativa, more my kind of taste.
But he, taste is something personal....
That will be a lovely sweet next generation of the purple crossing between the Green Ambassador and the Purpurea Erdber...

Ok, now there are 2 different pheno's of the Green Ambassador this season.

This weekend I also visited Miss. Muffin and her "Early Girls"...
Some might remember her from last couple of seasons, or from the Beach Party....
Offcourse we had a tea, a smoke and a coconut pine aple muffin... yummie..
Her balcony is looking fantastic.
All kinds of vegetables and fruits. Beans, paprika, courgette, herbs and a sweet tasting honey plant, a plant I didn't hear of before..
And the Early Girls of Miss. Muffin are flowering 5 weeks now...
A fruitfull balcony I would say...

Out of the 5 seeds he planted, he got 3 females.
2 of them are Green Ambassador females. They look fantastic
It's his first grow and he is realy getting excited...
He likes the hobby of gardening and growing his own.

I brought the 6 weeks flowering Green Ambassador inside for the rain.
Just after a couple of minutes I did that it started to rain cats and dogs and it still is...
I bring her in, because I try to avoid mould as much as possible at this last stage of flowering of the
Green Ambassador.
I thought this plant wouldn't survive anymore, because her main root was broken.
Look at her now, the "first lady".
I think I will rename this one into "White Ambassador", because of the white dominance of the Snow White mother.

It looks like we have a bit of common history my friend.. Thats also around the time I arrived in this country 1990-1991.

but thats ok, I should be in amsterdam for the cannabis cup this year. It starts on my birthday (nov. 19) so I cant miss it. Id love to hook up and share some stories if youre up for it. I wonder if you remember a place called repre, and their LSD fridays in this building
Theyd shut the doors to the place every last friday of the month and give a crowd of maybe 2-3 hundred people acid.

The Canna Embassy has some sprecial visitors from Germany.
"Telephone Thea" and her 17 year old son john XIV..
One week before the high school holidays are over.
His father and I met back in the eightees in Bavaria when he had the same age as his son now!!
John XIV was a little bit disapointed that he couldn't get into a coffeeshop, but took it like a man!
In this case the coffeeshop had very nice neighbours where we could explain and inform him about the regulations and rules of the coffeeshops in the Netherlands...
I think this is a very nice and aware aproach of a wise mother.
Better to inform and talk it over with your kid then prohibit, because when a youngster like to smoke he/she does it anyway, but sneaky and stops to communicate with the parents...

Oh, I just noticed I didnt answer the question regarding legality of cannabis in the czech republic. Id have to say the limitations are in discreteness, Ive seen cops come into a bar full of potsmoke looking for underage drinkers, I would say anyone visibly blowing smoke in their direction would piss them off. Perhaps more for the reason that they could fail their pee test and lose their job... if you understand what I mean.
Small grows are tolerated, larger ones raise an eyebrow, and the really big ones are busted.
Mine is somewhere between point one and two lol.
The law here officially states the limit to possesion to be "less than a large amount"
which is more of a question mark at the end of a sentence eh

Pedulinka, thanks for sharing... I made a picture of some art work I bought in Prague back in 1990, but first the request of Esben for an update.
It's time also, because all plants are finaly flowering now and that goes very fast...
Because of the late flowering and the "bad"season this year the final harvest will be at the end of october... Hopefully the sun keeps on shining a little...
The last days are great for the plants.
The temps are around 20 degrees and raiin and sun are coming and goïng..
Looks a little bit like springtime, but in this case fall is coming in..
I give the plants twice or three times a week Bio Canna Flores and the 7 weeks flowering Green Ambassador Bio Canna Flores and Bio Canna Boost..
I also sprayed the leaves with some Bio Canna Rhizotonic..
They are all looking great...
Keep on growing (your own) and stay safe folks..

when I parse all the posts here and the beautiful pictures you've shot,
I can feel how much I'm missing the community and your very personal sense of humour, Darpan ; good to see you're in shape, pal.
We're growing a bunch of outdoor plants with my mum and everything is great, so far ;
I just hope it won't mold this year, as all the plants (mostly sativa, superskunk cross) are about to finish in early November I guess..
Late flowering too, here.. more a genetic issue than a climate issue in my case ; I may cross everything with an early girl or a G.A. male next year, to get earlier plants..
I hope everyone is fine,
I should be pm'ing all the friends but lazyness is my worse default as you may know
Here the economic climate is very bad, and it's been hard on the mony ;
We're still hopefull with Mrs Max, trying to get better on our job.
The "African project" is still our goal ;
I don't desperate to grow my sativas under the equator, but it may be in some 1-2 years...
We may also grow hemp there... Perhabs I shall meet B.Dronkers to prepare the project, don't u think ?
Well, I'll try to get my fix of Darpan pics regularly,
Now that I know now how well it affects my mood
