~we long to see the dirty fingers macros~

I'll 2nd that notion! Cut my small Biddy Early yesterday; maybe the big one tonite. It's a bittersweet time of yr, killing the plants one has nurtured for months. It'll all be memories in a jar soon enough! Peace, HL

Hi guys/gals,

My fingers are still clean....
Picked the big fan leaves and I always dry/cure the plant with the little leaves, because the buds just taste sweeter curing them with leaves.
Before I put them in a box after 2 weeks or so I remove the smaller leaves as well.
I open the box frequently for 2 months to let some fresh air throught the box.
After 3 months the weed is cured and sweet....

This afternoon my Irish neighbour asked me to help her out with her Dutch.

After her "homework" we smoked a joint to celebrate the beginning of the weekend...
I made a pic of the Purple Peace/Snow White cross flower growing at her terrace....
We celebrate everything!! :jump:
Have a great weekend all.....

Peace, G.A.

Great pics everyone :joint:
Hey we also cut all the plants here.. The happy brother is still in mid-flowering but we feared about mold.
The blockheads were ready ; heavy fat colas of 1-2 feet long... yummy.
Hey we might reach the 2 pounds here ! :woohoo:
well, some work to be done now :wave:
Picking the larger leaves as G.A. says, and leave everything theat's resinous ;
we need to stop mold propagation.
Pics next week

Damn Max, any chance of some pictures? 2 lbs?! :bow: I'm happy w/ a 1/4 lb. I vow to start early next yr.!
You guys process the right way for taste. I do it all at once on the pretext of looking for & destroying mold, but really, just find it easier to trim wet.
Because my rocketwrecks are just long "clubs", and look easy to trim, maybe I'll hang them for a wk. Let all the moisture & enzymes drain into the leaves before picking them. Sweeten the taste right up!
Nice cola your neighbor has. :D Notice her yellowing fan leaf has some black spot on it , just like my PP did last yr. (Biddy Early had a few too this yr)
Never see them on your plants, Darpan. Is that because you pick them, or your fabulous greenthumb? :wink:
Looking great, INDICA36! Happy harvest! :jump: I miss my purple peace alot. She really grew well here, and the taste & high were great. (just smoked some before getting on IC) Hopefully my Biddy Early seeds will take. I've harvested all the Biddys except for the pollinated branches. Found a few small spots of mold on the bigger one, but over all, she did well for me.
Rocket wrecks look like an easy trim:

Hello friends,

Max, good luck with the picking.... and enjoy the sweet herb..
So we don't talk about mould anymore.. :nono: :D

Highlighter that looks lovely...
I like the Sativa/Indica crosses. The highth of the Sativa and yhe rocket hard resinous buds of the Indica....
Easy one to pick indeed.

Overhere it's still summer and autumn started already one week ago.
Sun is shining and it's 21 degrees.
The late Afghan started to produce resins. She is flowering a little over 3 weeks now, so for her at least 6 weeks to go... I hope we don't get frost before that time, but if the climate stays soft and sunny like now she might become a big buddy Afghan mama..

The cross of Esben's Erdber with various strains (it seems one of Paddohead his strains are also involved). I could her Danish Delight and she is doing great under the Dutch sky.
She has only one or two weeks more to go.... She is smelling sweet.
She is Sativa dominant.
I wish everybody with the same climate a good harvest time and keep on picking and singing...
Take care and stay safe, whatever you do (or not) and wherever you are...

Peace, G.A.

I didn't smoke a joint yet, but I already feel high today.
Sun is shining and on my way back home from the shop I came by a full moon autumn celebration in China Town, around the corner of the Canna Embassy.
Colorfull celebration with music, tigers and dragons...
After the celebration I came home I went to the terrace to enjoy the sun.
Butterflies all over and I managed to make a couple of close up pics of 2 butterflies.
Gives me a kind of sacred feeling...
I realy enjoy the Danish Delight. Good genetics, a great (after)summer and supported by Green Sensation she becomes a juicy mama... holy shit... :yummy:

Enjoy the weekend folks...

Peace, G.A.

Very nice macros Darpan ;
all the trichs are so nice and shiny...

Thnx Highlighter ; we're chopping ten plants ; some are bigger than the others but the overall guess is very good :)

I'll send some pics and do a thread maybe..
We're half way done, here... removing big leaves and moldy parts (about 0.5% of the crop is lost), silghtly manicuring before hanging in a vented cool and dark place.

wish you all a sunny Sunday

we're done now, leaving at about 18.00 today ;
The BH was perfect to harvest ; very early plant (origin sweettooth spice Of Life) and very resinous ; The HB needed 2-3 weeks more, it's been cut early ;
I remember DF saying in Den Haag that the HappyBrother was a bit couchlock ; We'll have it high, this time ! :yummy:

I've got some clones to oil and save, severely attacked by spidermites ;
I'll cya in 2 days

Hello world,

Max, enjoy the harvest... Nice row of plants there.

KG, Have fun in Nepal. Drink a cup of Chai for me when you're there.
Very friendly people the Nepaleze..

This weekend Salam and I went to a little farmer village where my cousine is living.
She has a great garden and is grwoing a couple of plants also.
She has 2 Canna Embassy purple crosses and 3 Indica (Skunk) clones.
They are all flowering around 3, or 4 weeks...
It started to rain on sunday and since that time rain is pooring down.
The Danish Delight has still one week to go, but I cutted already the 4 "broken" branches and the whole plant is going to be harvested today.
Today is dry, so I can cut them at the end of the day.
No mould till now and I hope it's still that way when I come home from work today.
The Afghan I brought in the living in front of the window.
She still has 3 or 4 more weeks officialy to go.
She is producing nice trichs already.
Catch you'll later.

Peace, G.A.

Damn, KG ; good to see you ;
Have a great trip my friend
Like G.A. said, my Aunt told me the Nepalese are very friendly and happy beautiful people ; she went there trekking some years ago..
Here are some pics of the plants ;
We're a bit annoyed by the weather that urged us to cut them all..
Next year we shall be more patient.. and try something about this mold issue...

G.A., that floria passion is in the category ig the "BIG plants", hu ? ;)

One of the HB before picking :

Hello all,

Max that looks lovely...

It's raining since the last couple of days.
I brought the plants inside after a partly dry day yesterday to prevent mold.
Today it's raining....
Everybody start to harvest now to prevent mold, even it's 1 or 2 weeks to soon.
