@Retro.... shot. Ill pull them off and scope this evening... haven't actually done it for maybe three weeks now... Ill defo flush/plain h2o towards the end... was thinking bout feeding till end of week 8, so a 2 week "flush"... I haven't scoped any trichomes yet, mission to see properly with the 30 loupe... and a complete bitch to get in there with the usb scope... gotta lug the mac in there then.... Before I turn the lights on I can see theres still many white pistils on the buds... just as a slight indicator....?
I scoped a old yellow fan leaf, one that looked unhealthy, didn't see any eggs.
I tried to look at the trichomes, but it's not that clear... need usb scope...
I then, once again noticed a few fliers on my 3 new moms that are in clear cups. Now I looked and watched them real hard... and they were all the same, and their wings sat flat on their backs, so my thinking that they're fungus gnats...?? But they clawing in an out of the cups coco... I squashed as many as I could...
I haven't opened my biowar yet. But I know that Im gonna be using it for these three mini moms and the 5 odd SLH seedlings.... fuck just unsure bout what to do, and how to go about it... I want to tp the moms out of there see through cups and into 5L ice cream tubs of coco.... asap... But I don't wanna waste or fuck the biowar up....

Also I cant decide on an IPM for all these pests.... in the past, Iv dealt with them and then just tried like fuck to keep the place real "clean" but I have't really been spraying anything onto plants.... got this phobia bout it I guess.... but wtf should I do, and tryna use the biowar as the key...
I just don't wanna loose this cut of "cheese"....

You don't need a USB scope to see trichomes. A hand loupe will suffice, or even a small magnifying glass. You can even see them in macro photos.
Fungus gnats are not a big deal. DE spread on the surface in a thin layer should take care of them, and get some of those yellow "sticky" traps that they sell.
Don't open the Biowar until you are ready to use it.
Instructions for Biowar tea:
OG Biowar Tea Instructions
OGBIOWAR recommends applying the ROOT and FOLIAR packs via BIO BREW for optimum results! Here is how:
1) Fill a 5 gallon bucket with 4 gallons of NON CHLORINATED water.
2) Add 80 ml of earth juice hibrix, regular black strap molasses, or any other similar product of your choice. Mix well.
3) Adjust pH between 6.5-7.0
3) Add 4 tablespoons each of the ROOT PACK and the FOLIAR PACK. Mix well.
4) Fill a stocking with 1-2 cups of earth worm castings. Tie this off and let it float in the solution like a tea bag.
5) Bubble with a large air stone and air pump rated for at least a 25 gallon aquarium for 14-48 hours. OGBIOWAR likes a 24 hour BIO BREW. Make sure the air stone sits at the bottom of the bucket. You may use industrial Velcro for this.
6) Turn off air pump, let settle and take/pour brew off the top to avoid sediment.
7) Add 1 cup of brew to each 5 gallons of the reservoir solution, or use as an individual drench at the same dilution rate. This works GREAT in a cloning machine, or even on your cuttings in a dome if you soak the media prior to placing the cutting. Make sure to add any nutrients or additives to your res and pH BEFORE adding the brew. The day after a reservoir change out is a good time to apply.
8) Rinse out sediment in bucket for future batches. Clean tubing, air stone, and bucket in between brews.
If you are battling an existing pest or pathogen problem, use at full strength, without diluting. Pour tea directly in to crown. Apply tea once a week for best results during vegetative and flowering stages. Can be used up to harvest.

I go at least 5 bleachings. just kidding man. I think once was plenty. If u can only get the regular sticky house fly strips don't worry, they work almost as good as the yellow ones. Definitely worth putting some around the room and wrapped around the medium surface.
Im so sick of these fukin fg. I started layering the top of my pots with de and am spraying daily with pyrethrum on the medium surface. Gonna do it for a week and switch sprays. Got 20 fly traps around the rooms and the yellow sticky cards in the pots. Been using bti bits but I think mine are old or something cause they don't seem to be reducing the population. So im going back to the mosquito dunks for the higher concentration of bti. Only thing with them is u have to crush them, but its no big deal with a hammer and them In a Ziploc bag. then im gonna let a dunk soak in each res associated with the grow in some sort of tea bag or stalking.
What the hell u want peat for when u got the cadillac of soil type mediums anyway with coir?
Which brand/type of coir did u go with? Is it reall small grind that looks like coffee grounds or soil, or is it long hair fibrous, small chips, or cubes/croutons, almost mulch like or bark like?
When u go to soak them use ur nutrients. It saves a lot of potential probs with cec. U have to get the right ratio of nutes built in it or it will be unbalanced cause it naturally releases more K and draws in more ca/mg.

Howzit Smelly? Just get a bucket full of those hanging flytraps, u can cut them if u want them to ur pots. They like $.70 in 7/11. Got 10of them hanging in the room...
Wont covering ur pots on the top help for them as well? Or leca pebbles? Anything to get the top layer of soil/mulch dry and dark...
Neem oil and spinosad drench would help but not that far into flower...

I wanted the peat so I could "make" a generic "light warrior" mix... for starting cuts and seedlings.... then bang those into the hempy's which would have the coco...

Woke up this morning, and realised that that top bud is "bleaching"... was so fucking bleak to wake to that.... so I cut it out nicely, careful not to leave any behind.... fuck done 7 weeks with only a fan or two burning from being to close... but pissed at myself coz its not like this shit grows on trees you know... Iv done lank training and spacing and shit the last week... wifff my googles on... tryna get each and every bud site nice and close to the lights.... ovo pushed it to much.... just makes para... coz that wasnt the closet bud by a long shot.... any advice or tips...??

Ive been toying with the idea of an inner cage of like 6" holes. This would be a visual barrier to not get any growth further toward the bulbs. A safety zone to avoid bleaching. Also it would serve as another point to tie and train too. The negatives are a slight loss in light due to the inner cage and less mobility because of the extra infrastructure.
I think ill try it in one donut and see how I like it.
Otherwise u just got to check distances of canopy to bulb and pull back any branches that are gonna slip into the bleach zone. U have to be preemptive when it comes to the bud swelling stage cause u never know when that day is that the bud gets too heavy and leans over into the bulb.
Tie em, before u fry em!

@Mirac... Iv been placing my palm by the buds, to gauge the exact warmth the buds get... for each close bud... and its warm... not hot, but its certainly not cool..?? Like my hand would tan if I left it there.... the closest few[5/6] are no closer than 6" away from the bulb.... 400's remember.... maybe a bit close? Its really the buds by the first bulb... in the middle and deeper in the room by the back light they are further away... fuck don't wanna ruin any more.... 
That doesn't really look like bleaching, per se, more like a bit burned from touching the bulb maybe? Anyway, with 400 watt bulbs, I wouldn't worry about bleaching. How many strains do you have there? The Cheese is 70 days, but the others may be different. Have you checked the trichomes? That's how you tell if they are finishing. Grab a loupe and start checking the trichomes. Clear means they are not ready. Partly clear/partly cloudy means they are getting closer. Fully cloudy with a bit of amber means they are just about ready. If some of them are mostly cloudy, it may be time to start flushing that plant. They are probably going to finish at different times. Some plants finish from top to bottom, some from bottom up. Also the amount of amber is a matter of taste. More amber means more sedative, couch lock. No amber/mostly cloudy means buzzy, up head that doesn't last long. I like about 20% amber, maybe 30% @ most, for a more balanced high with body stone too. All amber means sleep weed/couch lock.
You can make a chicken wire column/cage that goes around the bulbs to prevent branches/buds from getting too close, but it's easy to get some string to tie up the branches with buds on the end.
I would be checking those babies every day for trichomes. You can cut off some tiny leaves next to the buds and put them under the scope if you don't have a loupe, or space to work in the room. That way you can see the progress of the trichomes as they mature. I'm talking small, quarter inch leaves on the bud sites. That's how I usually check my trichomes. @ 50 days they should be getting cloudy, strain dependent.
