Yeah I fucked up and never got that 400... so I am flowering with the 150 for now...
If i find an extra 150$ i will get a 400. I know i know i let them veg too long!@

Dave, Thanks for commin' I really appreciate it. No hard feelings. I hope I wasn't off the wall either. Jacko would be proud of all this mention of his album! haha

I need a little advise... my lights are off from 8pm to 8am and i need to switch it around 8am to 8pm. anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for stopping in!!!!

I've used this method a few times: Basically give the plants an extended dark period till you want to have lights on. My theory is it should just see it as one really long night cycle. I recently switched from lights on from 10a - 10 p till 10p- 10a using this method on plants in various stages of flower with no noticeable effect. I'm not recommending it because I'd hate to be the cause of someone's hermi issue, so please research before you do anything.

Cross-dressing growers

Cross-dressing growers

Admiral, I've been watching the grow with interest because I've got some FMS genetics in my garden. I almost chose the Cindy but swung for the WWBB for whatever reason.
Geezus, am I ripped tonight. I was trying to say Cross-line Growers but it kept coming out cross-dressing growers. I am in the process of enjoying some WWxBB I grew. The plant is going into its 9th week of flower. I took some thick buds from her early in the week and they quick-cured for the weekend. What a sweet taste and a smashing buzz. The buds are still packing it on and getting frostier so I'm letting it go a bit longer. I also grew a WW from FMS and a Skunk Special. I killed off the SS with an OD of Superthrive but the WW will go the distance. It is also at 56 days.

I'm casting my vote for a big thumbs up for this stuff. I am anxious to try growing the Cindy and some of the Haze crosses. This has certainly exceeded my meager expectations by a longshot.
Keep on cross-dressin'
Rev

Well its been a while since I last updated... sorry! These pictures are from day 14 in flower. Everything seems to be going well, I didn't change the light schedule, and I'm still flowering with the 150. I'm guessing the rate at which these plants are growing is due to the light, but I'm not sure.... Tell me what you think about where these plants "are" considering its 14 day in flower. The progress since I have taken the pix has been fairly good! They seem to be eating everything I'm givin them... half dose of tiger bloom, I gave them 1/2 cup of big bloom right in the first week of flower as directed, then went back to 3 tblspnns per feeding. I also gave them a good serving of super thirive when i gave them the big dose of big bloom. Any way here are just a couple of pix, hope you enjoy, and more to come...

hey admiral I think your plants are looking awesome for day 14 of flower - many strains don't even fully show sex until around 10-14 days of 12/12 when grown from seed so to have the kinda bud formation you got going is a real nice thing. I would expect you will see some really nice dense buds by the time you are through around week 8.

Outside edges of the leaves seem a bit curled up but that's alright usually - just maybe a little hot in there? what kind of temps you running?

Love to see the 150 in action too!

Temps are around 75 usually, one day last week it got around 90, so that could be it.
These plants seem to just have curly leafs. It was a problem before in veg, so i added dol lime to soil on repot, ph has been perfect, the temps have been spot on, but it has been humid. anyway thanks for the support!!!!

072906- Day 21 in Flower!

So... Let me just say the smell from these plants is amazing! They don't really stink, it does smell a little in the other room but I don't notice it, air fresheners and spray and gel seems to do the trick, BUT when you squeeze the buds a bit or move them around its like a candy shop, fruity, sweet, with hints of grapefruit and oh I just can't describe it. AMAZING!@ Just like cindy should smell.

I used to get bags of it a couple years ago from a buddy. It was so expensive, 100 for 5 gram bag! But this smoke is so worth it! It tastes so good you always want to try just a little more to relive the taste.

So on with the show!

I have been feeding them pretty much every watering... THey seem to love everything I've been giving them. Also I only give them each about 1/2 gallon. They drink up all the moisture in about 2 days. I like to let them be dry for about a day or 2, and here's why;

BOG from his feeding thread said:
Plants resin most during dark periods when they have adequate moisture to do it. It's how the plants retain their moisture and during night periods late in flowering you can see the resins increase overnight.

Every time a plant gets dry it wishes it had put more resins on. After a dry period when watered and placed in the dark the plant has its chance. While no heat stress is going on the resination process continues to ensure maturity of the plant before dying from dryness or frost.

SO I don't know if anyone else is a fan of that ol guy but I thought he was a cool dude and his writings taught me alot.

any way, I'm gonna keep postin pix until I get a bunch of replies...

On with the pix
