actually did melt in your mouth, this year I made two 8 lbs`r as I feel
they cook better/easier that way, not so rare in the middle, ya know.

God damn. I just cooked up a standing rib roast for Xmas. It was incredible. I made the mistake of taking it off at 120f and while resting it became just a touch over done for my liking but it was still incredible.

I agree with Everyone. That gg4 looks insane. The white straw deez is no slouch either. K++++

Who Dat, absolutely my friend... it's a program call Helicon focus 6
I downloaded a free 30 day trial version, like it enough to purchased
an unlimited version for Microsoft windows. They make it for Mac and
also for andriod operating systems too, basically it works like this...

You take several pictures at different focal depths of the subject.
I started with the closest leaves, you can see how far out of focus
the farthest leaves are in this first photo...

Then I just slowly worked my way deeper into the field of view.

Here you can see how far out of focus the front leaf has become...

and the last of 15 total pics that I took...

Here's the composite photo after running the program, it takes all the
pictures (up to 25 total) and stacks them into one photo that is in focus
from the very front of the viewing field all the way too the very back.

Now I can kinda do the same thing by letting the camera aperature
stay wide open for like 30 seconds while sitting motionless on a tri-pod,
but I still can't get that kinda depth with that much clearity...

Gotta go play some more...
