They are allready planning on a huge push for 2012. IT almost passed this time .. and with hardly any money backing it. Next round there will ten times the funding I am told and they are going to tie it into education funds. Im happy it didnt pass but I think it will in the futire... So do many I know in Norcal

My thoughts exactly, they will never stay away from this. Legal or not, govt. is in the cannabiz for good. So if everyone took care of themselves and grew their own...there would be no sales, hence no tax. To me, this is the only way to keep govt. out of our businass. Again, this shit ain't hard. I'm no smarter, better, or knowledgeable than anyone else. I know how to read, that's all you need to be able to do.
If they won't stay out of the big picture, people could have kept them out just by supplying themselves.

Nah, I'm not insane. Thanks for asking though, instead of just assuming I am. I just had questions, and they were answered (somewhat). It was said that 25sf is enough for some, not for others. Ok, so I concede that there are people out there that smoke way more than I thought. I have 6 plants in a 15sf area, and that harvest will last me 6 months. I guess I'm and ultra recreational smoker. That's cool.

5x5 should be enough space for anyone "medical patient" to supply themselves with all the weed they could possibly need for anything except selling some for profit. 5x5 with that space i would keep 4 big ass bushes on each corner, the trunks of which would stay inside the 5x5 box, in between i would throw 6 more smaller plants that i will keep in smaller containers for breeding crossing training purposes. when i get tired of one strain i dig up the bush and put down another one. does it say all 25sqft has to be together? i would just plant 25 plants in 1sqft pots. OHHH Shnap did that n***ga just wrangle the law. you guys are sounding like idiots voting no for keeping people out of prison for using weed for personal reasons. all these no people are just greedy commercial fucks and should all go DIAF in case you are unfamiliar with the internet that means Die In A Fire.
i dont want to go to jail for smoking weed, something that helps me cope with this fucked up world and my crazy life. i dont want anyone else going to jail over a plant that grows from the ground on its own all by itself for millions of billions of years. anyone who loves weed should feel the same way and any steps towards that goal should be taken.

Ya that's all I pretty much read about, that and the growers being upset and price fluctuation. Then again...grow your own! This is the ONLY way to keep govt. out of it. If anyone wants to buy or sell, make it legal, AND keep the govt. out of it...riiiiiggghhhhht. Ain't gonna happen.

Yeah and they will come out in opposition of it next time. Thankfully the whole voting community north of the bay is equated to less than 1 city in my county. I said it from the beginning, dont ever bother with trying to please them, norcal growers are as likely to want legalization for marijuana as al capone was for alcohol. They need to get the elderly and conservatives on board. I dont know how they are going to do it, but they need to figure that out because 2012 is likely to be another big turnout for the republicans and teabaggers....
