Well ,,, I grew the same plants and smoked them for over 12 months .
I still have a gram or two for a special occaision .
Very much enjoyed the high . And it lasted for hours . Could it be environment ?
The Ko Chang/Thai Stick x Ohz I grew in Oz was stronger than the Hung Garok I got in Nan .

I had plenty of problems with genetics coming from Europe growing them at a very high humidity environment with normal 70%-100% humidity
I guess in a desertic environment they could perform better
They also lost all landrace resistance growing them in a very high biodiversity environment
The plants from Prempavee dont have this problem, they were very high resistant to all the predators. I think it is a problem of breeding in pristine labs
Thats why I like what Ledo does, at least his plants will be resistant to plagues like thrips, in South America next to the GMO fields thrips fly like mosquitos
Growing weed next to GMO soybean being spread with glyphosate means plants must have natural resistance otherwise they are crap or need too much babysitting

It all comes down to genetics Funky and there are Dutch lines that do very well in high heat and high humidity, it's just a matter of getting the right lines and then selecting threw them to find a keeper that meets your likes.
When you're dealing with hybrids or polys you have to expect some good some ok and some shit plants, that's just how it is with hybrids and that's why we keep clones.

The ones grew flowered outdoors in the sub tropics 26 deg sth .
Started indoors in winter . 6 weeks or so indoors under HPS then about 100 days outdoors . Starting on 11 hours light late July up to about 12 and half by harvest in late October .
This regime I have used many times to get a Spring harvest . Less bugs , less rain . We often get floods here in March / April that can wreck plants at the end of a long growing season .
We had a metre of rain in a week recently .

No Tobacco in my weed the past 6 years .
I got addicted to tobacco through smoking weed with friends who had to have niccotine with their weed .
Resisted smoking cigarettes all through school even though my buddies all smoked .
Haven`t smoked tobacco for a half dozen years again now . I stopped for a few years . Then I went to Thailand . Hung around with people who mixed tobacco with their weed and bingo addicted again .
This time when I quit I had a panic attack and lack of motivation for a week or two . Niccotine is way stronger than we think .

You are not allowed to smoke cigarettes in Coffee Shops in Amsterdam .
Not even allowed to put packets of cigarettes or tobacco in the tables . But ,,, most of the joints I saw there had tobacco ??

Back in the day, every one I knew that went to Europe couldn't Wight to get home to smoke flower, all they smoked over there was hash, so I think that habit rolled over to mixing it with flower.
The Thais did it so who knows where it started, personally I don't each to their own I say.

You cant possibly feel anything with a 50/50 mix I disregard anyones smoke report if they mix it.
Whatever they report is nothing like a hit on good well cured bud its like another drug altogether.
When I got to Australia all I saw was not worth smoking straight or mixed ha ha.
Of course its all changed now ha ha.

It's all usefully comparable if you using the same way through different reports.
Whether you smoke, however you absorb or assimilate the herb....
If anything gets you significantly higher and you using the same amount you can safely accept such a report.
Obv it helps if it comes from someone who actually uses regularly.
Like people have said, even setting changes a buzz.

Though I was always a bit lighter on the tobacco than some . The Thai girl I lived with 50 / 50 was probably her mix , but very strong dark tobacco . She would pull a bong the moment her feet hit the floor out of bed in the morning . Hard core .

If you grow you own tobacco and herb... mix those together and it's magical.
