it's the hard to predict twists and turns that we get with every new MMJ advance
take NY's pretty sucko MMJ, which is still a work in progress, starting up in a few more months i think
anyways, all dispensing will be done from hospitals, and likely concentrates only
if the number of patients gets large, and i think it will, a lot of MMJ will be flowing in your hospitals
i don't think most hospitals are going to be all that enthused with this
likely, a more dispensary style system will be put in place, which would be a next step for NY
each step leading to the next step
