temperature and sugars

Ok guys, im wondering about the sugar storage of a plant. I know that in lower temperature, energy in a plant is reduced and sugar storage is conserved. By purposely lowering the temperature during flowering, will this help with the taste of the marijuana? I only say that, because in most plants, like strawberries and carots, if a plant stores more sugar, the more pronounced the taste.

Anyone wanna give their two cents??

I can speak of vegetables and fruits only usually to force more sugar into the fruits you would lower your night temperature (pre night) at sunset in most cases, to lower temps 14-16 depending on your day temperature, crop etc. Then after 2-4 hours warm it up 1 degree an hour to around 17-19 depending on same things previous, then about 1-2 hours before sunrise to your day or morning temperature, say 18-20, then in the afternoon up to 22-28 based on previously things as well.

The difference in your temperature from to night is what pushes sugars into the fruits or flowers, the sugars flow into the widest part of the plant as they stay warmer than the thinnest ie, fruit, stem then leaves. How this would affect the flavour of cannabis I do not know, but I imagine you could promote bigger and tighter flowers this way but it is only a guess by me as I haven't tried it.
