Telling your Doctor that you smoke: good idea, right?

I've told every doctor i've smoked pot when they ask "do you smoke?". Doctor, Dentist, Surgent, Lawyer.

I told one doctor I smoked about a joint or two a day. He then proceeded to take my blood pressure and pulse; both absolutely normal, if not a little low. He smoked a ton of cigs.
