The slight run off has been occurring consistently with 500ml every time sometimes even at 480ml. something to keep in mind for this size pot if anyone decides to grow in a similar size.
looking at the structure of the plant and how small and leggy it is but bushy at the bottom i have learnt the importance of allowing the plant to stretch at a young age but to a limit. this plant was kept very close to the light early on which i think caused it to be so squat but bushy earlier, if you look at the bottom you can see the bushy early leaves there which probably should have been higher. yes this could be a lowryder genetic and pot is small but i feel something was amiss, that being said the leaves are beautiful as are the budsites, extremely healthy and green so that is an improvement since my last grow however it is early so best not to speak too soon.
no real smell coming off her other than a slight hint of earthy tones which quickly fade away after one whiff, i do recall at this stage my first grow of GSC was smelling amazing even on my fingers after some caressing of buds, very curious to see what this will taste like as there is no real heads up as of yet.
also please note she has been on 24 hours light from the start, maybe autos dont like 24 after all so i do prefer 18 6 and will be going back to this schedule.
i calculated the days since she broke soil and it has been 53 days or 7.5 weeks. so far she has been very easy and simple to grow but the small size may have something to do with that aka easy management. she has not ran in to any problems which caused me worry or even slight concern this has been a great experience as early on during flower in my first grow the main stem snapped and after re aligning i was super paranoid but as i said during this run she has been very easy and self sufficient almost, so i guess its just a cruise from here to harvest now. not gonna switch anything up or get adventurous just gonna sit back give her want she wants and see what happens..
still looks so healthy so carrying on feeding and giving it light till she dies basically. gonna let her die in the soil then begin drying unless trichomes turn milky then im going to pull.. at the moment they are clear
Harvested at day 82. No flush. A friend of mine brought a huge fully vegged plant to me and explained it would die outside so i checked the trichomes on my plant saw a majority of milky a bit of amber and a bit of clear so chopped her and put his plant in the tent. Hung the whole plant dry initially without trimming, due to the emergency situation i had to hang her in an empty dishwasher which has not been used in 10 years or so. I had to go away for the weekend so could not arrange for a better environment in time. I started drying her on 09.11.18 and today on 12.11.18 i took her out of the dishwasher and placed her into a cardboard box hanging with a fan facing downwards inside. I didnt get a pic of the finished box but have attached one of plant hanging. I took some of the bigger fan leaves off and then hung her to dry.
Pics should be attached in chronological order with the explanation above. I have to double check what strain my friends plant is, its in bad shape so interested to see what happens.
