tall and thin seedling

Hey that pic with the dead leaves on it looks like it got burnt by a light or something. Is it close to the light source? it's bleached/burnt i believe.

THat one plant you have shown that is 50 days, I would toss it, there is no trichs on it nor hardly any buds; you won't get crap for anything out of that plant; so I would just toss it if I were you.

Lower the lights. If a seed is growing UP as opposed to out (leaves getting larger) than its safe to assume that those plants are STRETCHING toward the light to meet its needs w/ regards to vegitative growth.
Little seedlings require some time with the lights off. Many people think its best to hammer a plant with 24 hours light to make it "grow faster" With seedlings this is untrue. Babies need some downtime to rest up.
Air movement - weak stalks. New sprouts as with any other plants need some type of air movement. The resulting swaying of the plants helps build sugars in the stalk that are beneficial and provide a stronger plant. We have all seen the result of lack of air movement and a top heavy plant - they fall over.
Nutrients - NEVER feed a seedling any type of nutrient spare a mild dose of B vitamin (SuperThrive, ThriveAlive) - sure your seedling look fine now, but nutrient damage is usually not visible until a few days after administering. Nutrients that early can also screw your seedlings chances of having a healthy root system and slow down your plant considerably.

You ought to try an QW/ISO on that fu*kd up plant. Search for QWISO or just ISO and you'll be good to go. That plant is too far gone otherwise.

His plants are not too far gone, they were just stretchy, which he fixed it by putting the seedlings deeper into the soil, the stem that was stretchy will grow roots out of it.

HOLY SHIT!!! dont stop with the CMH!!!!
throw away thoes CFL's!!!
your CMH should have been 4-6 inches from the begining, or with CFL's put them ONE INCH away.
HID light is WAY better them CFL for seedlings.
i throw my seedlings under 1k or 600w MH's

keep the stagnant water away that helps them strech.

MynameStitch: Thank you for the advice. Here is update....
Maybe, I suppose to give them only tap water, but I gave them
25% lucas formula nute......
The rockwool is sitting almost bottom of the pot (12cm height)
with coco coir.
I found 6 compact fluros, so I use them all.
There are no heat problem.
I hope that they'll get better condition.

Thank you for coming by.

I would repot them again, right up to the first set of leaves...This will let them grow a nice root system...they will thank you for it in the next few weeks and then some..

Keep on learnin and growin...

Peace,

That was some nice nuteburn on that one plant....

Whatever the bulb, it has to be in the cool blue (6500K) spectrum for veg and to keep them compact. Orange/yellow (2100K) causes stretch in vegging plants.

Not all strains work and if I see seedlings stretching for the light they are not getting it close enough, not to mention HPS is improper spectrum which can result in droopy plants and slow stunted growths; but like I said not all strains can, some don't care and thrive under them, but if the problem I see is a result due to HID lighting then CFL"s are a good option to get them back on track. His seedlings stretching was the result of his HID lighting.
Petey has a great point about the spectrum's too.

My bad panda, I agree with ya though bro

Kam, are you putting them into hydro now?Is that seedling in a net pot?
