Always looking for a personal favorite way to grow. TAG may be my next great adventure!! Are the OG threads tagged TAG? I'm definitely down with the not having to repeat yourself 1000x and a great compendium of past revelations would be greatly appreciated but I'm sure most of us are willing to do the dirty reading over yonder....

In answer to your question, yes there are a few TAG threads on OG (about 200 pages worth in about 3 of them). I dare not speak his name, the one that has all it, as it brings with it a slew of bullshit artist and 'asshats' as you say.

But You'll find a Running TAG - Not FAG thread most amusing and educational if you like to read. If you are sick for all the background experimentation and seriously hard work, there is a thread called AGU - Aeroponic Growers Unite that has some of the first 100 pages of exploration by the pioneers in that area.

However, if you just sit tight, JAT will post some important info.

We have to travel with a pit crew as TAGing is a little different in nutrient needs and speed. Its a very accurate and intimate relationship with the plants as it is almost intravenous in nature. Or more precisely respiration. Its like feeding through the lungs at every breath. The effect is steroid in comparison.

So would everyone...lol But we haven't got that far yet. TAGing has only been around in this arena for about 8 months. So we are still working on those bugs.

But here are some sick ass root porn and bud shots, though the Oasis is from FAGing (Faux Aero Growing) where I get very similar results, but there is a distinct difference in quality and yield. The closer to TAE you get the closer to perfect liter sized colas on 2' sticks.

It isn't to say you can't achieve big ass colas with other means, TAGing is about 'ideal' conditions. The goal of TAE is to achieve flawless roots (*with extensive lateral root hairs - I get tricks on mine) and flawless canopies.



I'm not really in it for the yield or the glory, I am addicted to the science and spiritual connection that evolves.

Later on, we'll talk more about the DOA and the Aerocanna. But for now, we just need to get everyone home and in place to build our TAG Empire. Once all the monster machines are assembled and stocked with kind we'll start the sacred chant of creation and watch as the demon of aero unleashes the power of knowledge into the tree of knowledge and its fruits.

just took me two days before beeing able to post and just wanted to say hello.

For my part all that could be of use to aero is told for the moment, and seen I'm out of weed at the moment all that's left over to me (during the take off)is to smoke a little pot made out of the trash I had left in the fridge.

So Im enoying your take of by droping by time by time, by smoking some pot beeing nice high and hopefully the weather will stay clear without any further turbulences.

Yes I feel thankful we were spared another direct hit this year. Its odd I've lived here about 35 years and my family even longer, there has never been a direct hit like we got last year (2 in a row) and then another this year.

I feel for those people in New Orleans, its a miserably hot and humid shit hole in summer to begin with....lol, I can't image in under 5 feet of shitty water too boot.

PR - I have read through all of the AGU and TAG threads. There is a shitload of info there, but nothing that I think will give anyone a head start so to say. I think the compendium will suffice for the time being. I would add in some of those links that I PM'ed you though. That will save on the 'where can i get this' questions.

I see your gallery is starting to fill up again too.

I think the rig building has pretty much been ironed out. As long as you use the correct foggers, filter, and pump/accumulator tank there isn't a lot of room for error. Well besides leaks and injuries.

i am due to have major surgery, but this will be a nice project to undertake while i heal up....again!

is it worth it if the grower only wants, lets say, 4-6 plants instead of 50??

do you build a unit for seedlings/smaller plants, then transfer them into the large system??

How long do you veg for, I can not sog due to those numbers being way too high, I can run as many KW as I want but have to keep my numbers low.

We don't veg. much due to plants getting way to high.So from there,I guess it's up to you to experiment and tell us!Also to my knowledge,nobody scrogs either!I put a net over my plants put only to prevent from falling.I personnally veg. about one week in separate FAG(faux-aero) tub. just to get them started

I started a batch of seeds yesterday! WW,BigBud,Jack Herer,and Bubblegum.I'm planning to transplant them in a FAG veggie tub like this one:




I have to ask POD RACER too!I know he wraped the seedling with some small peice of tissu before he putted it in the spaghetti noodle !
