Switch to sealed system without fresh air in/outflow

Hey,
atm i run a 24/7 exhausted selfmade Growbox with 4x600w (2,5m x 1,6x x 2mheight) which stands in a ~30m² room with windows (without heating temps in winter 10-12°/summer 20-22).

To increase the stealth factor im thinking about opinios to switch to a sealed system. Without the fresh air flowsystem, what can i do when there is no ac option usable with outside parts like mini splits?

So i compared mobile monoblock ACs (9000-16000BTU)...i found only mobile ones with one exhaust and wet exhaust air (edit doesnt work with co2...)

My plan:
-Growbox sealing
-Lightreducing to 1200w in non ac reflectors (wingreflector medium)
-2-3 upto 24l/day dehumidifiers
-9000 BTU mobile AC inside Growroom, Exhaust air in a 2nd dehumidiy stage where the wet air of the AC is dehumidified too.

The room air around the box and additional part must not be infected with wet tropic air from inside growbox or AC. The windows can get a lifting motor. Is there any option (ac llights recirculation airflow to big room) and power windows (if lights on from 6pm-18am automatic close at night) to run the growbox without AC?

Hope for some input
Thank you very much! :tiphat:

Sometimes sealed systems aren't worth the trouble. I find fresh air gardens always run healthier. It sucks to have to replace carbon filters all the time but it usually ends up being cheaper than co2.

Are you planning on using bottled co2? I've had nothing but trouble with propane or NG burners.

Do you have a way to exhaust the AC out of the room to outside? You could mount a window air conditioner in the wall of the grow box and then build a box onto the back of the air conditioner. Then have an exhaust fan pulling air out of the box and blowing outside.

Always run healthier? How about Powdery Mildew and Bud Rot? You must live in the desert, otherwise you'll have trouble with keeping your RH in line.

If you exhaust, the air has to be replaced from somewhere. Portable AC's are very inefficient. Good luck. -granger

Granger2, your right, with fresh air you need to filter the intake and that can lead to problems depending on where you live. I like to use the Dust Shroom filters, they are coated with oil to grab dust particles and spores. Where I live its really humid in the summer but with enough air moving, I have no problem with humidity.

I'm sure sealed rooms work great for many people, but whenever i tried it the plants would not perform as good as fresh air. I'm not sure if i had something off-gassing or if they were running out of oxygen, but something was off. I know lots of people here have had the same problems when there is no air exchange at all.

Been running intake fans for years with no issues in my sealed rooms. You just have to make a diy filter frame/fan box,so you can replace the filters when needed.I have never encountered any pm with this set up.I have my intake/exaust plugged in the same outlet in my controller,so they both kick on at the same time.

Now when i tore down the insulated rooms and turned em to one big room, thats when i started having mold issues, when bringing cold air in(the winter).

I also ran 31K vertizontals in a sealed room without airflow and with co2 with no problems. If you can mount a 15000 BTU window kicker in the room and somehow use a sealed apparatus over the exhaust vents with a tube leading to the box, that may work.
