From the 12/12 switch til harvest it's going to be 10 weeks. The bank advises to flower them for 9 weeks, but this I suppose is under ideal conditions and HPS lighting. I thought you had to count from the moment they showed flowers, but apparently it's from the switch, hence the "slight" 1 or 2 week error on my part. And yeah, I'm sitting on 5 Deimos seeds, atm.
Hello guys, quick update here. Yesterday I flushed the soil and cut some leaves under the canopy which didn't get much light at all. We're in the home stretch now, and the schedule goes as follows: Monday night we turn off the lights, on Tuesday we cut off all of its leaves (as per the Cervantes Bible) and is its last watering (if it seems appropriate, given the low evaporation rates), and on Thursday we harvest.

overly early harvests are always a bummer, but you gotta do what you gotta do, enjoy the smoke!
Yeah, SG, but I'm not too worried. This was our first grow after our beta phase, we had our setbacks, such as losing two seeds due to growers error, and some deficiencies, among other things, and it was a valuable learning experience. And considering I'm not a heavy smoker (I prefer small amounts at night), it should be enough to last me until our next harvest, which I'm already looking forward to hehe

Hey guys! So it was harvest on Thursday and we got about 200gr of prime bud, around 80gr of smaller nugs and some popcorn and fluff which we didn't weigh. This is wet, so do the math.
We also got a bit of bud rot, which was a bit of a bummer, but it was only on a couple of small nugs so we didn't lose anything important really, and I attribute this in part to the lousy mesh, because it was so tight that we couldn't move the buds around once they had locked themselves in. Also, I think part of the problem was the 3-day dark period at the end which increased humidity, I suppose. I have no evidence to support this practice, but the buds did seem to fatten up, though it may well be in my own mind. No idea.
We quick-dried a little bud and the smell is fascinating. It's really complex but the skunk shines through, it has spices, a bit of a piney sativa smell... it's delicious to us cannabis smokers and very very pungent, almost offputting to non-smokers. The high is very clear and sneaky. 5 minutes after your last puff and you're soaring, creative, talkative and never tired. It is still too early to be doing smoke reports but who cares whoopee!

EDIT: The nugs now smell of orange and coffee, it's really a delightful smell. The taste is sweet and fruity, but I can't put my finger on it. The high hasn't changed much but is obviously less clear than last time I described it. I'd rate it as a 7.5/10 in overall potency. It still makes you very talkative and electric, it kicks in at about 5 mins and you feel like you can't talk to anyone, but once you do it comes out really natural and being high around sober people is easy, not frightening as some strains can be! Psychedelic if consumed in high doses. I've been getting CEV's a lot lately!
