which one is positive and negative in my psu?

Look at this one and forget about colours for a second:

Yours should have the same orientation as those. The one running thru the switch (whatever colour that may be for you) is positive. The center one is ground, and the other is negative as he has labelled them there.

They didn't give you a tiny slip of paper with instructions for the speed controls?? That's totally wack. It's pretty easy stuff. If you are using the thermaltake fan with a speed controller, just plug it in, but remove the small jumper on the other wire sticking out of the fan. If you want to run the fan normally without the controller, unplug the controller and re-insert the jumper.

That first one will only control one fan as far as I'm aware. The other may do more, not sure. I can't find any info so maybe it's discontinued. But it's thermaltake so probably uses the same system as the first.

Also, good to see you're forging ahead bro. :yes:
